Private 3-bedroomed villa with a heated pool, close to town, tranquil location

This is a beautiful fully renovated 3-bedroomed villa with a private heated pool near the Carvoeiro sea side town centre. Its location is private along a small cul-de-sac road but within 10 min walk to all amenities and the beach.
The villa has a spacious living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a guest cloack room on the ground floor. All windows and patio doors have electric shutters.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor: two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a double master bedroom en-suite. The views from the terraces are towards the village centre and the sea. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The villa is tastefully furnished with light colour scheme.
The villa has undergone a complete renovation and everything has been renewed: new double glazed windows, new kitchen, new bathrooms, AC installation etc. Outside there is a large new bbq area next to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool .

Lovely villa , close to town

Excellent villa, clean, modern with great facilities. Pool and outside area were great, and very close walking distance to resort. Property manager Sam, met us on arrival, and again towards end to check everything had be ok, which it was. Maid, Ana-Maria kept the villa spotless. All in this was one of the best villas we have stayed in, well equipped, modern but with charm, and made our holiday even more enjoyable.

A home from home!

Highly Recommend Casa Santa Comba. Fabulous property, lots of space both inside and outside the property. Gorgeous pool and outside seating area, superb kitchen and absolutely everything you would need to whip up a gournet meal or maybe a quick BBQ from the outdoor grill!! There were games, puzzles and dvds, along with satellite tv which all came in handy on the evenings we spent relaxing after too much sun! Sam is very helpful with the booking procedure, she was at the house to meet us upon out arrival and went through details about the house and even provided the makings of a lunch!! Ana Maria is the lovely friendly cleaning lady and came twice during our stay! Everything was spotless! And the pool was also cleaned twice during our stay. This was my 3rd visit to Carvoeiro and by far our best accommodation of all. On our next visit we will definitely stay here!

Beautiful villa - very well equipped with a good sized pool.

Carveiro is a beautiful town with lots of activity on the square of an evening. Loads of good restaurants - everything you need was in walking distance to the villa.
