A WATERFRONT APARTMENT WITH BEAUTIFUL WIFI SERVICES

Ideally located in front of the marina of Audierne, on the 1st floor and facing south, this apartment of 60 m2 with very nice amenities will make you spend an unforgettable vacation. The beach is 10 mins walk.

The building is in the city center and all amenities are easily accessible. It has just been completely renovated. Its capacity is 4 people and a cot is available.

It is made up of 2 quietly located bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, the second has a 140 x 190 cm bed. Each is fitted with cupboards as well as the entrance hallway. Sheets are provided and included in the rental price.
The toilets are separate from the bathroom. For your comfort, a towel dryer is available when you get out of the shower.

A sliding door separates them from the living room (29 m2).

The kitchen is fully equipped with efficient and silent appliances from brands recognized for their quality (Samsung, Bosh): oven, induction hob, microwave, classic coffee machine and pod pod, fridge-freezer with cold ventilation, dishwasher, washing machine - washing machine and dryer, toaster and electric kettle.

The living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs with footstool. You can thus watch the Led TV received by ADSL. Wifi is available thanks to a FREE subscription available.

Wie vor einem Jahr hat uns auch diesmal die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Moderne Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Tolle Aussicht und zentrale Lage ! Da vergibt man die "Parkplatznot", die aber immer wieder zu einem kleinen Spaziergang führt! Für Gäste, die das erste Mal kommen, ist der Hausflur und die Treppe ein Schreck, aber nach der Wohnungstür beginnt eine ganz andere, schöne "Welt"! Wir hatten wieder eine tolle Woche in Audierne!!!
