Two-storey villa located in a very exclusive condominium and with beach with private access to Mt. 200 from the house, 4 bedrooms, two of which are double, one twin and one with a double bed and a single bed, two bathrooms and a laundry room, two covered covered loggias, one of which with a table for about 10 people, American BBQ and barbecue . The other with bamboo sofa and armchairs, Gazebo furnished with sofa and armchairs, large garden with car parking. High finish interior furnishings with independent kitchen and living room. Beautiful beach adjacent to that of the famous Forte Villagge.
