Nestled in the heart of Cala Piccola, one of the most exclusive locations on Monte Argentario, the house offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area is separated by a sliding wall and includes a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with a large shower completes the space.

The house is equipped with all the comforts needed for a totally relaxing vacation: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a private parking space. Outside, a small garden with an umbrella and a table for 6 will allow you to enjoy peaceful summer evenings while taking admiring the panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets.

Perfect holidays

Everything was just fine. We had such a great time. It is exactly like described. Infinitypool is just 70m away. There's a shuttle which brings you down to the stony beach. Marco and Daniela were more than welcoming. The apartment is lovely with an eye on every detail. Exploring the surroundings by feet and by car was amazing. Thanks once again for having us.

Nice stay

we had a lovely week in marco's apartment. the apartment is in a great location and access to the pool and beach is included, but you have to walk a steep hill to get to the sea, it's better to drive by car. there is also a terrace. the facility is stylish and functional, the (kitchen) equipment could be a bit more extensive. the apartment was very clean! Unfortunately, the air conditioning was defective during our stay, which meant that it was still very hot in the room at night, but that's not the host's fault. he even got us a fan at short notice. overall absolutely recommendable for a stay on this beautiful peninsula.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Nettes kleines Appartement mit Terrasse. Man darf den Pool des nahegelegenen Hotels kostenlos benutzen und auch die Liegen in der Badebucht sind gratis bei Vorlage der Karte. Einziger Nachteil für mich war, dass es kein WLAN gab.

posizione incantevole

l'appartamento di Marco è molto accogliente ma il pezzo forte è la terrazza con bellissima vista sul mare e l'isola del Giglio come sfondo. La casa è all'interno del consorzio Cala Piccola e beneficia di tutti i servizi: piscina, spiaggia attrezzata, bar e ristorante alla Cala, bus navetta. Inoltre Cala del gesso e cala del bove si raggiungono a piedi con una facile camminata di 15/20 minuti e sono posti incantevoli.

Petit appartement parfait pour profiter d’un petit coin de paradis

L’appartement est petit (mais nous le savions) mais contient tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est juste idéal avec la terrasse vue sur mer, l’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel et l’accès à la plage des rochers (navette disponible). Cerise sur le gâteau: les propriétaires sont très sympas et très à l’écoute. Séjour parfait !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit der Eigentümer war super. Das Apartment hat eine schöne Größe und eignet sich sehr gut alleine, für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Um zum Meer zu gelangen muss man nur den Berg der Cala Piccola herunter fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Piccolo e delizioso appartamento in uno dei contesti piu' belli dell'Argentario

Piccolo appartamento ma pienamente funzionale in una delle localita', Cala Piccola piu' belle di tutto l'Argentario. Proprietari gentili e molto attenti. Pulizia molto accurata. L'ingresso riservato alla piscina del vicino hotel ed alla spiaggia sono sicuramente una raffinatezza preziosa per un bellissimo e piacevole soggiorno.

Posto incantevole

Il soggiorno ha superato le aspettative. Il posto è meraviglioso, la casa è perfettamente attrezzata, fresca e accogliente. La caletta alla quale si ha accesso è bellissima e la vicinissima piscina dell’hotel ha una vista mozzafiato. Insomma il posto perfetto per staccare la spina e scoprire un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Grazie a Marco e Daniela che sono stati gentilissimi.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in der Cala Piccola

Wir hatten etwas mehr als 2 sehr entspannte Wochen in dem Appartement von Marco Tranquilli und seiner Frau, die beide äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Das Appartement ist klein, verfügt aber über alles, was man benötigt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Zum Pool des Hotels, den man nutzen kann, sind es nur 100 Meter. Die einzigartige Badebucht erreicht man mit dem Shuttle-Bus oder dem Fahrrad. Dann ist der Rückweg allerdings mit erheblichen Steigungen verbunden. Über den Monte Argentario und die Maremma muss man wohl nicht viel sagen. Traumhaft schön!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo posto veramente tranquillo. La casetta è piccolina ma molto accogliente, ben rifinita e con un giardinetto privato. Ideale sono anche i servizi a disposizione come la piscina con sdraio e ombrellone e la spiaggia privata a cala piccola con il servizio navetta per raggiungerla. I proprietari sono veramente molto gentili e disponibili. Nel complesso a noi questo posto è piaciuto veramente tantissimo. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

15 piacevoli giorni a Cala Piccola, a mio parere il posto più bello dell'Argentario. L'appartamento è molto carino e ben organizzato con tutto ciò che può servire. La piscina e la fermata della navetta sono vicinissime è molto comode. I proprietari cortesi e gentili. Una bellissima vacanza!

Brilliant

Fantastic location at the beautiful coast of Monte Argentario. Apartment is not large, but cosy, clean and well-equipped. Large terrace with sea-view. Short walk to the swimming pool at the nearby Cala Piccola hotel. Wonderful rocky beach in a small gorge is easily accessible by car (500 mtrs downhill, parking facility available) or by shuttle bus from the hotel. Excellent bar and restaurant are situated on the beach. Guests of the apartment have guaranteed beds and parasols at the beach and pool, no extra charges to be paid. Marco was an excellent host, communicates directly and was very helpful. Highly recommended!
