Villa in Ansedonia, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (shower and bathtub), large living room with large indoor fireplace and indoor barbeque area, kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Washingmachine and satellite TV. Luxurious furnished and accessorized.
Outdoor large garden with barbecue area and covered dining room with large table from which you can have the best view of all the surrounding area, the lagoon, the beach, the Argentario mount. And of course the most romantic sunsets! Private parking and wireless internet included. Perfect for 2 couples, or a family. Pets allowed (there is a fence all around the garden).
IMPORTANT NOTE: we do not have bicycles available to guests on site.

The villa is on the top of La provincia hill in Ansedonia, just 3 km from the beautifull village of Orbetello, located in the middle of a blue lagoon where all the services and shops and cinemas are located. There is also a small crowd in Ansedonia but in all cases private transport is a must because there is no public transport.
Ansedonia is a well-known de-luxe beach resort just 1.5 hours north of Rome with still uncontaminated cristal clear sea. The Feniglia beach is 1 km away and the cut beach is 2 km away from the house. Nearby villages are also the well-known fisherman harbors of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano with their summer tourist attractions.
The view from the house embraces all the above mentioned region!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! FILTHY PROPERTY! UNRELIABLE OWNER!

BE AWARE Landlord not reachable to answer ANY of our concerns encountered on the property. They only want your money, not your reviews. 1. FILTHY house with abandoned food found in fridge, stained towels, unwashed bedsheets, dirty kitchen utensils and an unbearable stench in the whole house. In short the house was not cleaned before our arrival with everything feeling greasy and dusty at the touch. Bad enough in normal times let alone COVID times. NOT SANITIZED. 2. Broken furniture. Broken plastic chairs and table in garden area. Ripped couches in the living room. 3. Badly equipped bathrooms. Shower would inundate bathroom every time used. Clogged toilet seat upon arrival. Second shower small and generally very uncomfortable. 4. Mosquitoes are EVERYWHERE, you can hardly step outside into garden after 5... 5. House not equipped. Missing kitchen utensils starting with things as simple as mugs. Coffee maker was broken and unusable. Wi-fi extremely weak, available only in certain parts of the house and totally absent from the garden. 6. Awful Check-in service. Clearly owner was ashamed of property and DID NOT SHOW UP and just left entry keys under a vase.

Un angolo di paradiso

Casa rustica, molto molto graziosa e con gli spazi ottimamente sfruttati. Giardino vivibilissimo (tranne dopo le 19.00 in cui iniziano troppe zanzare), con una vista mozzafiato sulla laguna e sull'argentario. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere la Feniglia in auto (impossibile a piedi). Perfetta con un cane, visto il giardino completamente recintato. Nessun problema per il check-in.
