Large Studio on the 2nd floor with elevator in a historic building built in the early 1700s, in the historic center, right in front of the Teatro Massimo.
The apartment (accessed by a flight of stairs) consists of a living room / bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, 32 "LCD TV, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, and hairdryer.
It can accommodate up to 3 people, as it is also equipped with a single bed to be added upon request.
There is also a free cot available for small children.
Located in the heart of the city, in one of the most exclusive districts of the city, right between the Teatro Massimo and Piazza Politeama, it is ideal for those who want to enjoy the wonderful historic center, walking around without the car.
The price includes towels and sheets, consumption (water, electricity, gas, air conditioning) and wi-fi internet.
Guests arriving by car can make use of the free parking inside the building, in a safe area.
The caretaker of the building is present both in the morning and in the afternoon.
