Lovely, clean apartment in lively area.

Massimo’s apartment is perfect for a week in Palermo. The area is lively with lots of restaurants and shops. It is also near a bus stop for Mondello beach which is beautiful although gets very busy! The apartment itself is great, very clean and well decorated with a nice balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly reccommend!

Appartement super bien placé pour tous les départs de bus (urbains, plage, aéroport). Quartier agréable. Ne pas hésiter ! Massimiliano est très arrangeant pour les horaires. Excellent séjour.

schöne Wohnung und ideale Lage

Ich war mit meiner Freundin für 7 Tage in Palermo und bin begeistert! Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube. Sizilien ist eine wunderschöne Insel mit einem atemberaubenden Flair. Als wir ankamen, hat uns der Vermieter bei einer Haltestelle des Shuttlebusses (Flughafen-Palermo) abgeholt und uns kurz die Umgebung gezeigt. Anschließend brachte er uns in die Wohnung und erklärte uns Einzelheiten wie die Klimaanlage, Gasherd, usw. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, man ist nur 10 min. zu Fuß von der Innenstadt bzw. der Fußgängerzone mit unzähligen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsgeschäften entfernt. Am Abend verwandelt sich diese Fußgängerzone in einen Markt, durch den die Sizilianer bummeln. Tagsüber fuhren wir meist mit dem Bus (die Haltestelle für diesen befindet sich 50 Meter neben der Wohnung) nach Mondello an den wunderschönen Strand. Die Fahrzeit beträgt etwa 30 Minuten.

Siamo stati a casa di Massimo all'inizio di ottobre. Massimo è stato gentilissimo ed ospitale, ed stato molto disponibile a tutte le nostre esigenze per il resto della vacanza. Ottimi i consigli di Massimo su dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento fa parte di un condominio caratteristico ubicato nel cuore della città (Borgo Vecchio) è confortevole, ben ristrutturato e curato nell’arredamento. L’aria condizionata è disponibile per i giorni più caldi ed una veranda molto luminosa. Ampi spazi nella camera da letto molto confortevole e un bagno completo di tutti i sanitari e un comodo box doccia. L'appartamento è come appare nelle immagini, la gente del quartiere disponibile, gentile ed affidabile. Gli unici difetti sono che l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore e non c'è una lavatrice. L’alloggio si trova ad un minuto dalla fermata dell’autobus (capolinea per Mondello) è inoltre vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche anche a piedi. Ringraziamo ancora Massimo per la cortesia e l’ospitalità offerta.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Curato nei dettagli, confortevole, tranquillo e luminoso; ubicato nel cuore del centro storico, nei pressi del popolare mercato di Borgo Vecchio, del Teatro Politeama e a meno di 10 minuti di cammino dal teatro Massimo, nonché vicino a via Libertà e via Ruggiero VII, per lo shopping in città. A meno di 50 metri vi è il capolinea del bus per la spiaggia di Mondello. L’unico neo sono le scale: 4° piano senza ascensore ma visto quanto si mangia in Sicilia, sono un ottimo esercizio fisico a costo zero! Ringrazio ancora Massimiliano, il proprietario, per la cortesia e disponibilità che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

Clean, well-located, helpful owner

This apartment is in a convenient and vibrant location, and is clean and well-appointed. It's also beautifully quiet and has a sunny aspect. The owner is extremely helpful and on-call. Don't be put off by the neighbourhood - it is safe and friendly, it just looks like a construction zone because there is roadwork etc. going on. You can walk to all the main tourist attractions, and you're a 5-minute walk to the shuttle bus to the airport. Note that the apartment is on the fourth floor, with no elevator. There's also no washing machine, so perhaps not best suited to long-term stays (although there are certainly options for sending out laundry in this neighbourhood).

Soggiorno perfetto!

La casa si trova in una posizione perfetta per girare a piedi tutte le attrazioni più belle di Palermo. E' tutta nuova ed arredata con buon gusto. C'è tutto quello che serve e Massimo, il proprietario, è stato super-gentile e disponibile. Ha aspettato me e mio marito alla fermata dell'autobus proveniente dall'aeroporto e ci ha dato mille indicazioni per girare la città. Consigliatissimo!

Posizione perfetta per vedere Palermo

Siamo una coppia con una bambina di 6 anni e abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura negli utlimi giorni di agosto. Casa perfetta, nel cuore di Palermo. Posizione privilegiata per visitare la città, vicina a tutti i monumenti e allo shopping. Proprietario gentilissimo, amichevole e non invadente, disponibile a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Palermitano doc, conosce molto bene la città ed è in grado di rispondere a tute le domande tipiche del turista (cibo, luoghi da vedere, precauzioni da adottare per la prorpia sicurezza, etc.). La struttura è meglio di quanto appare dalle foto, dotata di tutto quanto occorre. Palermo, a dispetto della sua fama, ci è sembrata molto sicura, soprattutto nella zona dell'appartamento. La città è molto bella come solo le città del nostro sud sanno essere, un po di caos e di sporcizia ma tanta cortesia e disponibilità da parte di tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato. Soprattutto Massimiliano, che ringrazio ancora, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Autentico spirito di Palermo

Siamo stati in questo appartamento nel periodo di natale/capodanno. Il sig. Massimiliano si è dimostrato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo fin dalla nostra prenotazione. Al nostro arrivo ci ha consigliato tutte le indicazioni pratiche ( macchina, posto da vedere, dove mangiare ecc) che sono stati utilissimi per il nostro soggiorno. Dopo 2 giorni di ambientazione siamo entrati a goderci il ritmo della bellissima città di Palermo. Per chi avesse pensieri sul quartiere Borgo Vecchio non si deve preoccupare perché' è' tranquillo, la casa e' in pieno centro e ad una estremità' della via principale,via Roma,comodo anche solo per fare una passeggiata la sera. A piedi si visita tutto il centro della città'. L'appartamento è' nuovo, da poco ristrutturato. La camera e' molto grande con tv. Avevamo diversi asciugamani di ricambio, tovaglie,anche natalizia visto il periodo. Avevamo anche l'alberino di natale e ci ha fatto piacere un addobbi natalizio che faceva atmosfera. Sotto casa ottimo locale dove mangiare e' la Brace. Pizza meravigliosa e tante altre specialità Palermitane uniche fino a tarda sera. Riassumendo ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a questo meraviglioso soggiorno in questa bellissima terra!!! Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci quest'estate!

Parfait à tout point de vue !

Appartement très bien placé dans Palerme, pas loin du centre dans un quartier populaire et sympa, où on trouve tous commerces bon marchés. En plus, à deux pas de l'arrivée du bus de l'aéroport. L'appartement a tout le confort : cuisine équipée avec ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, salle de bain salon et chambre confortables, avec un petit balcon. Donne sur une cour intérieure donc aucun bruit. Enfin, Massimiliano, le propriétaire, est sympa et à l'écoute. Parfait donc !

Navons passé un superbe séjour dans ce joli appartement.un vrai petit nid douillet.le logement est situé dans un quartier très animé où les habitants et commerçants sont tres sympathique.Massimiliano est un hôte charmant,nous le remercions d être venu nous récupérer à la descente du bus.Si nous devions revenir un jour à PALERME nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner à cette adresse.une suggestion pour Max,un petit four micro ondes serait le bien venu.Merci encore pour ce séjour

l'appartamento è molto grazioso, comodo , ben arredato, in un contesto caratteristico, posto in centro comodo a tutti i mezzi pubblici , buona la pulizia, simpatico e gentile il proprietario. Vicino al'appartamento c'è un meraviglioso forno che sforna continuamente cose buonissime salate e dolci ...una meraviglia, inoltre ci sono locali dove si mangia bene a buon prezzo. Lati negativ: le scale , infatti l'appartamento è al 4 piano senza ascensore, però è molto tranquillo ed i vicino molto gentili , inoltre la cucina non è molto attrezzata è ideale per la colazione. io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo . Really Great City Escape

We stayed at Massimo's place at the start of October. Massimo was a great host he met us at our bus from the airport and took us to the apartment, and was very helpful to all our needs for the rest of the holiday. The apartment was very clean and smart and served as a great base from which we could explore Palermo and greater Sicily. Everything in the flat is very well looked after, the bed is very comfortable and both a fan or air conditioning is available on the warmer days. The flat's black-out doors also provide a completely dark, quiet space perfect for late sleep-ins and early morning dozing. The apartment is part of a block - all the tenants seemed very friendly and would often say 'Hello' as we came and went on our holiday. Just outside the apartment there are quite a few restaurants, takeaways and even some mini-convenience stores should you need to buy some essentials. We highly recommend 'Dima's Pizza' which is around the corner for a cheap but really tasty pizza. The area was very busy on the Saturday Night whilst we were there and there seemed a very friendly atmosphere of people out enjoying drinks and socialising into the early hours of the morning. None of the sounds of which disturbed us when we decided to end our night and go to bed. There is a bus the '806' whose stop is about 2 minutes from the apartment and will take you directly to Mondello beach within 10 minutes. We would definitely stay at Massimo's apartment again as we had a fantastic time.

Séjour à Palerme

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour durant 1 semaine à Palerme. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, aucune surprise, tout était parfait!! Que dire du voisinage et des gens de la ville, ainsi que du propriétaire Massimo!! Des gens très accueillant, souriant, serviable, des personnalités incroyables, inoubliables, certains marqués dans nos cœurs. Que des points positif pour notre séjour, tout commerces à proximité, magnifique plage à 30 minutes, et au cœur de la ville, tout les centres culturels à visiter: Théatre, marchés.... Vraiment un grand merci à Massimo pour son accueil chaleureux. Une grosse pensée et on ne vous oubli pas. En espérant un jour revenir. Bises!!!!

"Het appartement was knus...

"Het appartement was knus, schoon en modern. De ligging in een oude volkswijk vlakbij haven en centrum is bijzonder als je het dagelijkse leven van de Sicilianen wilt proeven, er zijn ambachtelijke winkeltjes en marktkraampjes waar je heerlijke koffie, verse vis, groente, fruit, kaas en vlees kunt kopen. De eigenaar van het appartement is een hartelijke behulpzame man die ook helpt je (huur)auto te parkeren en je wegwijs maakt in de omgeving. Hij gaf zijn telefoonnummer voor als je zijn hulp nodig hebt. Wij hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf in het appartement en van Palermo. Een aanrader!"
