Welcome to Vistas on the Gulf.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

Built in 2003, this condo complex sits right on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Don't drag all your stuff across the street, stay on the beach! Spend your days relaxing under the sun laying in our sugary white sands or go back and forth swimming in our beautiful beachfront pool.

The condo is decorated with a fresh beach theme and decor true to the Gulf beach area. The condo is set up to sleep 6-7 people comfortably and has all the amenities of home.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, full dresser, closet, flat screen tv and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and a large vanity. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony.
The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and also has a flat screen tv. The second bathroom also has a shower/bathtub combo and is next to the 2nd bedroom with access from the living room/kitchen.
The living room has an xtra large 55 inch flat screen tv for watching the game or movie when youre ready for a break from the sun. It also has a queen sleeper sofa.
WIFI and basic cable are also provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There is also a dishwasher.
There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
**We also provide many beach toys and chairs as well as a travel crib**

The balcony faces south and has views of the pool and the beach on one side. This is classified as a partial gulf view. If you have older children, you'd be able to see them from the balcony at the pool. There is also a table on the balcony for snacking.
We have one reserved parking spot underneath the building. There is only one parking space.

This location on St. Pete Beach is awesome, we are walking distance to so many restaurants, beach bars, shopping, Pass A Grille, Don Cesar hotel and more! You can spend just a few days here or months here exploring the area!

We loved this little place - so close to the beach - clean - nice pool area - so easy to get in/out of - great owners, super easy to work with and VERY flexible - great beach toys included - I'd stay again for sure.It does need a little updating.

Family Vacation May 2025

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. We have two boys. One who loves the beach and the other loves the pool. So we were able to split our time to enjoy both. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is very clean and everything that you need is there. Shopping for groceries was very close by. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday! Our boys absolutely love staying here and when we showed them that we had booked the same EXACT condo as a few years before they were so excited. This is always be our go to if available for our dates of travel. The beach is clean and not very populated which we love since we have children. We found so many beautiful whole seashells and my oldest son actually found a perfect sand dollar! The sunset is gorgeous and the walk on the beach at sunset was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will be booking again.

Awesome location

Perfect location for our visit. Our niece was getting married at the Don Cesar and we were walking distance. Loved the white sand beaches and it was a less crowded area.

Family Friendly

This condo was great! They had plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with on the beach. They also had beach towels to use as well. We really enjoyed staying here and not having to cross a busy road to get to the beach! The owners answered questions promptly! Thank you for a great spring break!

Location is great!

Overall, we had a grand stay. A few small problems: The pull-out couch is NOT comfortable for an adult, and the "conventional coffee maker" is a Keuric with one refillable cup -- which made coffee-making for a group messy and cumbersome. Would we come again, though? You bet!!

The condo is as described. My only complaint would be the appliances are older than the condo itself. The fridge had a broken handle, the dryers knob was broke,..... Besides that the condo is decorated nicely and the beach is beautiful.

Pros and Cons for Your Review

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights in June. I have thought about how to rate the rental to be fair as a renter and to the owner, as I appreciate reading feedback from others. Pros: -Excellent location on the beach - can walk to restaurants and activities, lounge chairs & cabana available to rent -Pool area and pool bathroom was clean and well kept, and plenty of space when we were there -Easy booking accommodations and communication with the owner were strong and frequent. I appreciated having direct access to the owner for questions and help. -Access to the unit was easy with the keypad and getting the parking pass -Able to book for less than a week which is helpful when splitting a trip between two locations; was able to pay for a late check-out due to availability of the unit -Provided beach chairs and an umbrella (we used one folding chair), a cooler and icepacks, boogie boards, and beach towels -Curtains in the main room and primary bedroom were great -Deck was nice for reading or eating -Welcome binder was helpful for restaurants and activities -Starter toiletries, paper goods, and kitchen essentials were available -Was able to fit two parents and two older teens well Cons:-Primary bedroom bed and pillows were not comfortable -Parking for our mid-sized SUV along the fence line was possible this week, but all the spots were full at night. If we weren't there early enough to get a spot, our rental car would not have fit into the designated parking number, and I am not sure what we would have done. This is not on the owner to fix, but helpful to be aware of as a renter. -Unit did not feel clean overall other than a surface level dusting/cleaning - everything is grimy and old - dishes in the cabinets had dried food on them, shower heads need to be replaced as they are very old, cushions on the dining chairs are dirty, all closets, cabinets, shelves, and open spaces need to be deep cleaned, felt the need to wear socks or flip flops in the unit, washing machine/dryer is old, and it sounds as if the washing machine (very loud during each load) has bearing or other mechanical issues that need to be fixed or replaced - overall it was not a relaxing space for our family to come back to after a day out at the beach, pool or another activity but we would stay at the Vistas again. I did not share this during our stay with the owner because nothing needed to change while we were there. It is more to provide feedback for the future.

Great location

The location is fantastic, the unit is outdated. It needs a serious facelift. Hot water in hall shower does not work. The hall sink faucets were extremely tight to turn although hot water worked in it. Toaster did not work. Hair on shower tile in master bath. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were overly soft and uncomfortable. Dingy is the best description overall. It could use a deep clean. The beach is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice. There are carts to use to get your stuff up and down which is nice. Lots of restraunts nearby. Checkin and out was easy breezy. Lauren is supper nice and very responsive.

Amazing location on the beach

The property is a great home base to go out and enjoy the amazing St Pete Beach. The convenience to food and shopping was excellent. And the sunsets are priceless.

Family vacation

Very happy with this location. It fit my family comfortably, I loved having a kitchen to make food for the family to cut cost of eating out. The kids loved the pool and “treasure” hunting on the beach. We took advantage of the freebie to take us around town. The owner checked in on us to make sure check in went smooth and to see if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! Needs major update and cleaning.

This is our second time at this condo. The owner is sweet, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating! THE LOCATION IS AMAZING!! The property itself is well-maintained and clean. We loved the beach items (especially the chairs). The first time we stayed in this unit (about 5 years ago) we LOVED it! Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay as much this trip. The unit we stayed in is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, and overall update of EVERYTHING. Our linens (especially those for the pull-out bed) were extremely dusty and old. There was a lack of pillowcases throughout. The mattress on the pull-out couch is completely worn out. The pillows provided were old and flat. Several outlets do not hold plugs. The carpet in the bedroom is worn, buckling, and extremely dirty. We were surprised that nothing had been updated at all. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this unit.

Why they chose this property

I'm born and raised in Tampa and have been coming to the Gulf beaches all my life. Owning this beachfront condo is a dream come true for our family! St. Pete Beach has been my favorite beach for years. From my childhood, to young adult years and now as a Mom, St. Pete Beach has something for everyone! I love swimming in the balmy gulf waters and laying on our soft sand. When I'm ready for a change of scene, I can walk over to the many ice cream shops, mini golf, restaurants, shops and bars that sprinkle Gulf Blvd. I love being able to access downtown St. Pete in 15 minutes for all the culture, shopping and more that downtown has to offer as well. Tampa is only 35 minutes away so it's an easy day trip for me to come enjoy all this paradise has to offer!
