THE HOUSE IS COMPOSED OF A BEAUTIFUL VERANDA, A KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM, DOUBLE ROOM AND ROOM.

Tout était parfait. Vous avez 1 bon kilomètre de chemin avant d'y arriver... mais la maison est isolée et vraiment tranquille. La clim est agréable et le logement entièrement neuf sans vis a vis...Même a côté de la société des propriétaires, pas de bruit et pas de nuisances. Sandra et son mari sont très réactifs, nous étions les premiers locataires depuis la rénovation. Tout était très bien.Merci à eux.

Sehr guter Whats App Kontakt bei Anliegen, großes komplett umzäuntes Grundstück, Terrasse überdacht und angenehm im Schatten, Garten wird Frühs durch automatische Sprinkleranlge bewässert, Hälfte des Hauses besteht aus Ferienwohnung die andere ist eine Firma (war nie jemand dort), Auto steht auf dem Grundstück, großes elektrisches Tor, Wohnung zweckmäßig ausgestattet, Herd hatte teilweise beim Kochen Stromausfälle, Klimaanlage lief sehr gut, hochwertige Matratzen und Kissen in allen 3 Betten (1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Zimmer 2 getrennte Betten), Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren gegen Aufpreis zubuchbar, Waschmaschine sauber, Zufahrt von 800m unbefestigt (Split), Blick auf das Meer, Fenster alle mit Fliegengittern, WLAN keine Probleme

La casa dei carrubi

La casa si trova in una posizione fantastica con vista dall'alto sul mare di Orosei raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Ci sono 800 metri di sterrato in buone condizioni per raggiungere la casa che si trova vicino al capannone della ditta dei proprietari. Durante il nostro soggiorno era chiusa x ferie ed il silenzio, visto l'isolamento della casa, era notevole. La casa è spaziosa ed ha tutto quello che serve per cucinare godendosi i pasti sotto il portale con vista mare. Sandra è stata disponibilissima e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottimi serramenti, climatizzatore, zanzariere dappertutto e materassi di prima qualità .
