The apartment consists of: entrance, living room with a very comfortable and standard double sofa bed (160x200), a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
The house is located in the Polar Star area, quiet and quiet, close to all primary services (supermarket, bus stop, bar, bazaar, metro, etc.) Equipped with lift and balcony, is located on the second floor and is completely renovated with valuable materials.

What makes this property unique
The main feature is definitely the location. It is located in the beautiful area of the "Polar Star" just a stone's throw from everything!
The area is well served (supermarket, bazaar, pharmacy, bars, etc ...) but at the same time quiet, in the evening you can leave without a car and in two minutes you are in the middle of the nightlife, I renovated the house with materials of Please, I am proud of this restructuring and I hope you will find it to your liking.
