First visit on lake Garda

The apartment is a small nice air-conditioned accommodation with all necessary equipment with a direct view on the lake. Communication to the owner was very good, he supplied us with all information. Parking area is close to the apartment, 2 minutes walk. We was staying by 5 people in the apartment but it is more appropriate for 4. Sofa is not suitable for sleeping. You have a direct view to the see and the beach is 5 minutes far away from the apartment. On the beach is a bar with appropriate prices. You need 15 minutes to reach the small and nice city. Good place to access to the lake

The apartment is in the well maintained complex and it has direct access to the lake. That made me a little relaxed when I prepared to go to the lake, because I could just come back to grep the stuff if I missed something. The communication with the landlord from check-in to check-out was very nice. He was quite proactive to the questions and concerns. The air conditioning worked quite well. The balcony is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small, though the water pressure was high enough and there was no problem with using hot water. It was disappointed that I was not able to use the swimming pool, because it looked good. Overall, it is nice place to stay if you want to stay nearby the lake.

A nice little apartment

We had a very nice stay at Diego’s Apartment. The apartment is very nice I was there with my family (3 person and a dog) the size of the apartment was OK for us, from the reviews we already know that the bathroom is small, but that was not a problem for us. The location of this apartment and the view to the lake is absolute great. We enjoyed, sitting on the terrace in the morning and late evening, during the day it was too hot for me  . We did not miss the possibility to use the pool, because swimming in the lake was awesome. Diego is a great host. He answered our questions, we had in front up, immediately. In addition, he was always reachable via telephone. The neighbors were very friendly to us. The only point that was not so great, is the WLAN, it was very slow. In summary, I have to say, we really enjoy the stay in Diego’s apartment. Thank you and take care Chris

Wir reisten mit einem Hund, ein dog-park war gleich nebenan. Die große Terrasse mit Seeblick war sehr schön, wir konnten meist draußen sitzen. Unser Gastgeber Diego war immer erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Prix excessif pour les prestations

L’appartement ne correspond pas aux photos ( La terrasse et les pièces paraissent plus grandes sur les photos qu’elles ne le sont en réalité ).Plusieurs équipements mentionnés sont absents (four, bouilloire) et la hotte est inutilisable.Vaisselle insuffisante, obligeant à utiliser le lave-vaisselle quotidiennement.En haute saison, la terrasse subit de fortes nuisances sonores chaque soir à cause du camping voisin, et l’isolation phonique laisse passer les bruits des voisins depuis la chambre.La salle de bain est très peu pratique : douche minuscule, tuyau de douche pendant du plafond, et sol inondé après chaque utilisation.Le mobilier est abîmé ou incomplet (tiroirs cassés dans la chambre des enfants, tabouret de bar trop haut pour manger à l’intérieur).L’accès à la piscine nous a été refusé car nous étions de simples locataires, mais si celle-ci ne figurait pas dans la description du logement.La propreté était correcte, à condition de ne pas lever les yeux vers les plafonds et les toiles d’araignée.Diego a été très courtois et disponible, la communication a été fluide. Cependant, malgré nos signalements, il s’est contenté d’exprimer ses regrets sans apporter de solutions.L’emplacement est excellent : proche du lac, du château et de la vieille ville de Sirmione, avec en prime un petit restaurant en bord de plage à prix abordable à proximité.Cependant, le tarif demandé pour ce logement est vraiment excessif. Dommage !

Tolle Lage

Eine schöne nette Wohnung, die schon ein kleines bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dafür erhält man einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Man ist so nah, dass man sogar das Wasser rauschen hört. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Mit mehr Leuten wird es dann doch ein bisschen kuschelig, sowohl im Bad (wenige Ablagen) als auch zum Essen. Das kann man zwar auch am Balkon mit seinen zwei Tischen, aber halt nur bei guten Wetter.Trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen und wir können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt jederzeit vorstellen. Erwähnenswert ist auch die schöne Strandbar in der Nähe, wo es unzählige Cocktails, aber auch Abendessen mit Blick auf den See gibt.

Schöne Woche vor Ostern 2025 am Gardasee

Wir haben ein sehr gut gelegenes und sauberes Appartement mit direktem Zugang zum Gardasee vorgefunden. Das Appartement ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, jedoch für 4 Personen etwas klein - zumindest wenn man sich witterungsbedingt mehr im Appartement aufhalten muss.

Super Gegend! Die Dusche ist den Begriff nicht wert! Der Schlauch reicht 50cm von der Decke! W-LAN und der Fernseher funktionieren nicht! In der Küche fehlt der Backofen. Die Wohnung ist max. für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind geeignet . Wer Einscheibenverglasung und keine Isolierung mag, der muß die Wohnung für einen Urlaub buchen. Wir haben keine JH gebucht, sondern für 9 Nächte ca. €1900,- bezahlt!

Lage top!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und ist sehr hundefreundlich. In nur wenigen Metern war man am See und konnte dort auch direkt Schwimmen gehen. Hunde waren überall willkommen. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Allerdings ist die Wohnung mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. In der Dusche hing der Duschschlauch aus der Decke und war ca. nur ein Meter lang. Dadurch war es nicht möglich vernünftig zu duschen ohne das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser zu setzen. Für ein Pärchen mit Hunden kann die Wohnung empfohlen werden, mit Kinder schwierig.

Ferienwohnung am Gardasee

Die Wohnung unter uns wurde komplett saniert und wir haben unser Geld trotzdem nicht wieder erstattet bekommen. Wir mussten die Nacht die Reinigung und die volle Provision an Fewo Direkt und an den Vermieter bezahlen.

Purtroppo non ero a conoscenza dei lavori in corso all’appartamento del mio vicino . I signori dovevano stare 3 notti , è stato addebitato solo il costo delle pulizie e il 50% della prima notte, il resto è stato rimborsato con le scuse per quanto accaduto.

Très bel emplacement

L’appartement a été joliment rénové et bénéficie d’un superbe emplacement dans une résidence très calme à cent mètres des bords du lac .Sirmione centre est à quelques minutes en voiture ( pas de bouchons à cette période de l’année). Promenade très agréable le matin avec notre chien pour observer les canards . Seul bémol , la taille de la sdb vraiment minuscule et peu pratique ( cela se devine sur les photos c’est vrai ) . Et de saison : les moustiques qui nous ont empêché de profiter de la terrasse .

Superlage am Gardasee

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem Balkon und See-Blick. Grünes, ruhiges Umfeld und kurzer Zugang zum See. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund, da sich direkt angrenzend ein DogPark, eine große Wiese und die See-Promenade ohne Alleinpflicht befinden. Angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Tolle Lage - keine Poolnutzung

Die Lage ist grandios - eigener Seezugang direkt am Objekt, nächste Busstation 900 Meter, Supermarkt 1200 Meter, sehr schöne Beachbar mit leckerem Essen 400 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Leider wurden die Poolzugänge mitten im Juli neu vergeben, zu dieser Wohnung ist keine Poolnutzung vereinbart. Keine Poolnutzung ohne Zugangskarte möglich. Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Wohnanlage gehört zum Großteil italienischen Rentnern, die wenig von Touristen halten.Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

Eine schöne Umgebung und kleine Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, aber unpraktisch eingerichtet. Leider kein deutsches Fernsehen, die Wohnung konnte teilweise nicht abgesperrt werden. Sie ist nicht geeignet für 4 Personen, da das Bad zu winzig ist, ebenso die Küche.

In 6 anni di esperienza come host, fortunatamente, non ho mai avuto ospiti così. Si sono lamentati dal primo giorno per l’assenza di cose che invece c’erano , hanno rotto la serratura della porta perché incapaci di aprile, intasato il WC, non hanno avuto nessun rispetto neanche durante la comunicazione . Altamente sconsigliati.

Gute Gesamt-Komposition

Die gepflegte Anlage mit wundervollen Zypressen, gepflegtem Rasen, sehr sauberem Pool und direktem Seezugang ist super. Das Appartment liegt sehr schön ganz am Rand der Anlage. Der Blick Richtung See ist genau wie auf den Fotos angezeigt… sehr schön! Der Balkon ist geräumig und gut. Die Betten waren echt gut (auch die Bettwäsche sauber und weich). Das Badezimmer ist ok (super Wasser auch der Wasserdruck). Lediglich das Dusch-Set up war nicht so gut (Mobile Duschwand und Aufhängung der Brause passen nicht so richtig).

Es war genauso wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage, schönes Apartment. Direkter Weg am See zum spazieren und gute Ausstattung im Apartment. Wir waren vollkommen begeistert.
