Fantastic semi-detached house with sea views, located in a quiet residential area 2km from the beach of Sa Riera and 1km from the center of Begur. Distributed on three levels, you will find in the ground floor the garage and an indoor double bedroom with shower room. On the main level is the large living dining room leading to the terrace, toilet and kitchen with access to the porch. Upstairs you will find a shower room, two double bedrooms and the master suite with bathroom and balcony access. Large communal area with garden and pool.
