Des choses à revoir

Bonjour , malheureusement 1 semaine dans cette maison a suffit car beaucoup de choses sont à revoir dans la maison ( cause moustiques surtout car pas de moustiquaire ) , rideaux de douches cassés , pelle à barbecue casser , pas de Clim ce qui est dommage car avec que les ventilateurs il fait très chaud et du coup nous avions laisser les fenêtre ouvertes pour nous faire un peu d’air mais cette rue est bruyante la nuit . Beaucoup de passage de voiture plus les gens bruyant qui rentrait certainement de soirée …par contre la proximité des commerces , des restos et de la plage est vraiment top de soirée

Comme déjà indiqué sur les précédents avis, la maison est bien placée dans la marina, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, dans une rue plutôt calme. Extérieurement la location est jolie et le petit jardin clos qui l'entoure permet de se tenir dehors pour manger ou se reposer à l'ombre. A l'intérieur les choses se gâtent, la maison aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement: rideau de douche déchiré, maintenu avec des nœuds, pommeau de douche impossible à faire tenir, évier bouché, bouton de gazinière éjectable, aspirateur en panne, chaises extérieures cassées etc. Dommage que le propriétaire laisse dépérir ce beau potentiel.

Super Lage und sehr tolles Haus mit kleinen Mängel

Die Lage des Hauses ist super und das Haus ist sehr schön angelegt.Im Garten kann man sehr gut entspannen. da er komplett eingezäunt ist. Leider gab es keine Glaskanne von der Kaffeemaschine, haben uns eine geholt mit der es geklappt hat. Der Rolladen in der Küche is kaputt und die Küchenschubladen kann man nicht öffnen sonst fliegen sie raus. Wir waren viel Essen und haben die Küche kaum genutzt. Hatten sehr schöne Tage dort

Gute Lage, Betten in Ordnung, schlechter Zustand der Küche, keine Moskitonetze.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, nicht weit vom Zentrum und zum Strand. Leider fehlt es bei der Einrichtung an einigen Dingen, die Küche ist in einem desolaten Zustand, Pfannen und Töpfe sind nicht zu benutzen. Wir kauften uns einige neue. Moskitonetze fehlen gänzlich, daher sehen die Tapeten entsprechend aus. Wir waren wohl die Ersten in diesem Jahr, hier macht der Gast die Grundreinigung.
