Great place with a genuine local feeling.

Host is very helpful and supportive. The cottage has a great interior design with an antique touch and interesting wallphotos showing the area. Exterior is super. With a barbeque area with a n outdoor kitchenette .The area itself is close to the town and the three city of Porto de la Cruz is close. Only problem was that our GPS always showed the worst way to get to the south side.. .We enjoyed our stay.

nice traditional spanish house with great views

We were met by the hosts who were lovely and it was difficult to find the property but they came out to met us when we got lost very helpful. The property was very clean had more than enough kitchen equipment for all your cooking and eating needs great bbq area undercover for sun or rain shade lovely garden and good views. we went in feb so it was chilly in the eveneing and first thing in the morning. You really have to get wood to light the fire its too cold in the evening without it. That was the only form of heating it could do with a couple of move around plug in heaters. the shower water was hot but the volume of water flow was very poor due to small boiler. overhall our stay was good and the garden area very nice.

Die Außenanlage ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und lädt zum Erholen ein. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir täglich genutzt und sehr genossen. Der Ausblick in die Natur, zum Teide bis hin zum Meer ist grandios.Das Haus ist von innen leider etwas dunkel. Da wir während unseres Aufenthaltes wechselhaftes Wetter hatten, mussten wir uns mehr im Haus aufhalten , so dass uns dieses besonders auffiel. Die Sofagarnitur ist leider doch schon sehr abgenutzt und die Betten durchgelegen.Trotz allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt zu Cande war herzlich und unkompliziert.

Perfekt!

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr schöner Aussenbereich. Wunderbarer Blick zum Teide, in die grünen Hänge und aufs Meer. Das Haus liegt etwas höher und es kann im Januar auch schon mal etwas frischer werden. Die letzten paar Meter der Anfahrt sind steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Die Vermietern Cande antwortet fix und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet,wie Waschmaschine incl Waschmittel.Wir waren 5 Wochen im Haus und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung,unsere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt,wenn etwas fehlte. Das Bad ist sehr klein,besonders das Waschbecken. Leider ist die Zufahrt steil und schmal.Rundherum haben wir uns in den Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen wenn jemand abseits wohnen möchte.3 Damen aus Mechernich

Fijne rustige vakantiehuis

Ontvangst was goed en vriendelijk door Cande. We konden het eerst lastig vinden, maar werden goed naar toe geleid via whatsapp door Cande. De weg was behoorlijk steil, zoals de wegen in Tenerife kunnen zijn. Het was stil en rustig en je kan er heerlijk buiten zitten. Kamers zijn ruim en de woonkamer en keuken gezellig.

Gutes Ferienhaus mit toller Außenküche/Barbeque; Okt./ Nov. 2019

Die sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin Cande ermöglichte uns eine Antreise am Abend. Das Haus vermittelt einen ursprünglichen Charme und die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Das Bad ist ca. 4 qm groß und verfügt über eine ordentlichen Dusche. Schön wäre noch ein besserer Rauchabzug des offenen Kamins. Für kühle Abende stand jedoch ein elektrischer Heizradiator bereit. Zu erwähnen ist noch die steile und schmale Zufahrt auf den letzten ca. 100 Meter. Bei Betrachtung Preis/Leistung insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus. Muchas Gratias!

Kanarisches Flair

In vielen Details spürt man das "Canarische". Das ganze Objekt, d.h. Haus und Außenanlagen scheinen mit viel Liebe neu errichtet zu sein. Es wurden möglichst viele Teile aus einem Vorgängerhaus wiederverwendet. Das gibt dem Ganzen eine gute Authentizität. Z.B. wurde alten Türen ein neues Leben als Tischplatten eingehaucht. Tür- und Fensterleibungen lassen ein vorausgegangenes Leben erkennen und uralte Dachziegel wurden soweit möglich wieder eingesetzt. Auch die Inneneinrichtung mit Kamin im Wohnzimmer, die Küche, die Betten atmen kanarisches Flair. Da kann kein Hotelzimmer mithalten. Ein Engpass ist das Bad. Bei einer Belegung von sechs Personen ist ein gewisser Organisationsaufwand nötig, um alle rechtzeitig zum Frühstück zu versammeln. Das kann bei schönem Wetter auf der überdachten Terrasse stattfinden. Sobald die Sonne über den Horizont steigt, ist es auch warm genug. Im Norden hat man den Blick auf den Atlantik und im Süden wacht der Teide. Das ganze Anwesen ist von Natursteinmauern eingefaßt, so dass die Kinder nicht abhanden kommen können. Hinter dem großen Tor fanden auch zwei PKW Platz. Ein Problem hatten wir beim Schlafen im Doppelbett mit einer groooßen Bettdecke für zwei Personen, wie es in südlichen Ländern üblich ist. (kennen wir auch aus Italien, Griechenland, Bulgarien...). Wir fanden aber zum Glück noch zwei frisch bezogene "normale" Bettdecken mit einzelnen Kissen, so dass dieses Problem ab dem zweiten Tag keins mehr war. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter. Die Anreise erfolge relativ problemlos. Wir wurden vom Vermieter gut hierher geleitet und vor Ort persönlich mit einer kleinen Willkommensüberraschung begrüßt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Anwesen in einem gepflegten Zustand gehalten. Die Blumen blühten, die Wasserspiele plätscherten leise bis zur Nachtruhe, dann stellten sie sich automatisch ab. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa in jeweils verschiedenen Ferienhäusern. Unser Fazit in diesem Haus: Empfehlenswert

Perfecta para descansar

Cande es una anfitriona estupenda y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La casa está equipada con todas las comodidades, barbacoa, tele de plasma, microondas, cocina de gas, y al mismo tiempo decorada con un estilo tradicional muy bonito con techos de madera maciza. Seguro que volveremos. Nos queda pendiente probar la casita con Jacuzzi y cama con dosel que tiene para escapadas románticas.
