This 4 storey, former sea Captain's house dating back to the early 1900's, offers unique panoramic views of St. Ives. Staring out of the many windows, you'll see quaint, tiled roofs tumbling down to the bustling harbour’s edge, the sea, the horizon and beyond. Stretching out into the distance, framed by the arms of the bay, ever-changing under the famous ethereal sunlight of St Ives, you'll be able to wallow in what are perhaps the most beautiful views in town. Situated on a corner plot, the apartments benefit from a unique aspect. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over St. Ives Bay, and then, when the evening draws to a close, you can even watch the sunset behind the picturesque town itself. If you can bring yourself to leave your apartment, a short stroll will take you into the heart of St Ives. As you meander through the cobbled streets, you'll find scores of independent and unique shops, galleries and artist’s workshops. Walk a little further and you'll soon find yourself on the edge of the beach, pasty in hand, mesmerized by the magic of nature and art meeting together before you. Occupying the entirety of the top floor of this former Sea Captains residence, the Penthouse offers exactly what you expect from an exclusive top floor apartment with its own private sun deck.

Providing some of the very best views in St. Ives from each and every window, this recently renovated apartment should delight and excite in equal measure. A large lounge/ diner has feature granite walls, a double sofa bed, and views across the town, harbour and the North coast of Cornwall. A well-equipped galley kitchen leads directly out onto the impressive sun deck, perfect for al fresco dining at any time of the day.

The spacious double bedroom again has wonderful views and an 8 foot wide bed in which to relax after a long day on the beach.

Even the bathroom has stunning views. What could be better than taking a hot bath, resting your weary legs and watching the sunset over St. Ives.

Anniversary Weekend
Great apartment with one of the best views from it in St Ives. Perfectly situated with everything you could possibly need within the property and only a 2 minute walk into the town. Having a parking space too is an absolute bonus. The huge bed in the bedroom is two 4 ft mattresses on an 8 ft frame and these said mattresses were extremely comfortable. The only issue was not having a headboard on the bed frame to enable sitting up in bed. I have chronic back problems so not being able to do this was a bit problematic. I appreciate why there isn't a headboard as this would block the amazing view from the window but the only solution I guess would be having a bed that reclines! Just a thought! 🤪 Anyway thanks for the great stay Mark and for the great communication.

Fantastic property with incredible views!
We had such a wonderful week away in this apartment! Such amazing views from every room and especially the gorgeous balcony which is sunny and sheltered all day. The flat was spotlessly clean with everything you need and Mark the owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

What a view! Photos do not do the apartment justice
Beautiful apartment and much larger than the images show. Mark was a great host and very helpful with us (we arrived in a gale and very late). The location is perfect and I am just gutted that the weather prevented us sitting on the balcony to soak up the wonderful views. Bed really comfortable and huge! The living room is really cosy too.

A weekend in lovely St. Ives
It was excellent from initial booking to our departure. All details were dealt with promptly and the owner sent us all the additional info we needed on were to park, keys, details about the accommodation etc. We were welcomed on our arrival with a local hamper of lovely treats. A panoramic view of St. Ives from every window, including the bathroom! Lots of space for either two sharing or a family. Everything in the apartment had been really well thought about. A lovely stay and a lovely holiday. Only criticism is that the photos don't do it justice.
