canapé lit à changer d'urgence
Studio :Oui. Neuf: Non. Equipé de tout confort: Non.
Studio minuscule: radiateur mural qui tombe dés qu'on ouvre un tiroir de cuisine..Attention, en sortant de la salle de douche de ne pas se cogner la tête à l'angle d'un placard , ni de se prendre les pieds dans la ferraille du canapé lit. Vieux canapé lit à ressort qui fait la cuvette au milieu du lit.

ce studio a été refait à neuf en 2016 et est entièrement équipé de tout le confort nécessaire. Il n'est pas minuscule et est aux dimensions mentionnées sur l'annonce à savoir 20 m2 et pas 200 m2.
Le radiateur électrique a été endommagé par l'ancien locataire, mais le problème a été résolu depuis.
Le convertible date de septembre 2016, il est donc pratiquement neuf. Ce convertible fait peut-être cuvette si forte corpulence.
Locataire désordonnée et pas propre.
