Private Quirky Mini House, Stand alone premises, Located beside Jesmond Dene Hotel, The Freeman Hospital, Jesmond and the Great North Run start line.Takes 5 mins in cab to get to the centre of Newcastle and costs approx 5-7 pounds by cab, Located beside public transport, shops, restaurants. The accomodtion comprises of own private entrance, Lounge, bathroom, bedroom area with wardrobes, kitchen area which consists of sink, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, George Forman grilling machine, small table top mini oven/grill. Drop/pop up table and stools, private rear garden, iron & Ironing board. The house comprises of a bedroom area which is on a metzaneen .
Ample free parking outside the property.

Please note there is a head height restriction in the shower area and on the bedroom area, so if you are over 5ft 11 then you may struggle in this accomodation and may not be suitable, however I have had many people taller who have not had any issues.

A little gem

A beautiful house in a great location close to the city centre. Well presented, clean and very homely. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend and revisit. The little touches on arrival with the candles made it perfect. Very helpful host who answered a few queries promptly before our stay.

We booked this lovely annex for family guests for a wedding whilst staying in the adjoining lovely house - it was a delight and the two worked out perfectly together. Spotlessly clean, fabulous little courtyard garden - a real sun trap. Already looking for excuse to rebook!

Such a lovely tiny house, perfect for our needs. Everywhere was very clean and with lots of fascinating and well-chosen decor and accessories which brightened the place and lifted our mood. They added interesting visual elements which made the place feel bigger and relaxing. Plenty of comforts gave us lots of options for relaxed seating inside and outside, and options for cooking and eating inside and out.Sleeping arrangements were very cosy and comfortable. Parking was very easy and accessible, on a nice street with easy access to town and local shops etc. and some lovely nearby walks in the trees down by the river.The host was great and very communicative and helpful, which helped us feel well looked after.Overall a really positive experience and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
