Fully furnished, completely renovated in 2017, comfortable apartments in Kalathas area, 9 km from the city of Chania and 600 meters from the beach of Kalathas.
All apartments have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartments have a spacious balcony overlooking the pool or the garden.
You can relax in the pool and sun loungers as well as use barbeque without charge. The apartments have 24-hour hot water. The apartments has a large fridge, a cooker with a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster as well as all kitchen utensils (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans), 32 inches satellite and cable TV to make your stay comfortable and feel at home your!
All bedrooms and the living rooms have aircondition.

Difficult to get better

The appartment was cleaned everyday by a very nice person (adapting its planning according to customer presence), the swimming pool was not at the sun at the end of afternoon which was very convenient for children and after sun burn, and Polyvios was impressively reactive when we asked for a service (burnt light). Climatisation was very usefull too. We more than highly recommend that apartments lot, which are close to beach, benefit very clean place and sufficient swimming pool size. The only drawback is the difficulty to hide sun when a fifth/sixth person sleeps in the living room (no shutter there). We hear planes in the evening, but they stop at the beginning of the night, thus it is not painfull. We went close to Heraklion the week after and the place was much more less friendly. Thanks a lot Polyvios, everything was perfect. Cristina & Jerome

Perfect Stay!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartment ist sehr groß und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Poolbereich ist einfach perfekt geeignet für einen schönen Tag im Appartment oder einen gemütlichen Ausklang am Abend. Die Lage des Appartments ist auch gut, man gelangt innerhalb von 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Aber vor allem waren wir begeistert von Polyvios, der wirklich 24/7 erreichbar war und sich um ALL unsere Belange SOFORT gekümmert hat. Ein wirklich grandioser Service. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Strand in Laufweite, Supermarkt gleich nebenan, alles in allem sehr gute Lage! Kleiner Minuspunkt: Einflugschneise vom Flughafen, hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört
