InMalaga Cathedral 1 apartment

Excellent and spacious apartment - brand new and exceptionally well kept and cleaned. Excellent and central location. A bit of noicw during the night and early morning hours from tourists and street cleaning - but this is on one of the main pedestrian street - so to be expected.

Tolle Lage, aber extrem laut

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so toll, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Positiv war die Lage in der Altstadt, man war sofort mitten im Treiben und es gab tolle Restaurants, Bars, Cafés usw. Die Kathedrale lag direkt gegenüber, jeden Abend gab es dreimal eine Licht-und Soundshow, was beim ersten Mal noch toll war, zum Schluss nicht mehr. Einige Dinge in der Wohnung waren leider defekt, wie z.B. die Nachttischlampen in einem der Schlafzimmer oder das Licht an der Dunstabzugshaube. In der Küche gab es am Hahn nur kaltes Wasser, was für das Spülen von Pfannen oder Hundenäpfen u.ä. absolut blöd war. Die Gardinen waren schmutzig und zum Teil heruntergerissen. Die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur kam vorbei und hat sich bemüht, ein paar Mängel abzustellen . Das Gravierendste aber war der Höllenlärm. Uns war klar, dass die Wohnung in der Altstadt liegt und wir haben mit einem gewissen Lärmpegel gerechnet. Das aber die ganze Nacht Glasflaschen von den umliegenden Restaurants in den Containern vor den Schlafzimmern entsorgt werden und die Müllabfuhr diese Container bis nachts um 3 abholt nicht. Die Container wurden hochgehoben und dann fiel das Glas mit lautem Getöse in den Lastwagen. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Ich habe mich auch sehr gewundert, dass in den bisherigen Bewertungen noch nichts davon gestanden hat, ich hätte diese Wohnung garantiert nicht gebucht, wenn ich das vorher gewusst hatte. Ansonsten ist Málaga eine wunderschöne Stadt und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Great location!

Well maintained flat in the heart of Malaga, easy walking to many top sites and public transit. Check in process was easy as we were in communication with the host who sent a representative to pass us keys. Host was also prompt and responsive when we couldn't figure out where the button was to exit at street level. The master bedroom is especially roomy. Appreciate that toiletries were provided. The flat can be a bit noisy on the weekends due to bars and restaurants, but it didn't bother us and added to the atmosphere.

Location location Location!

Excellent property as a base for my four weeks in Malaga. A few snags with maintenance and utilities, but if you’re a seasoned traveler you know that a flexible approach is often necessary. Management responded in a professional manner to any issues we had.
