The upstairs loft has lots of room for watching T.V. reading or just relaxing after a full day hiking or skiing at one of the 3 ski resorts nearby.The Backyard has it's own private hot tub!Also enjoy your stay with a Bar-b-que and soak up some sun at your own table and chairs. There is a full laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
Great location one block off Banff Ave. and a scenic ten min. walk to Safeway and downtown."Chilles"restaurant is located on the corner in the Fox Suites Hotel.A five minute walk is "The Keg"restaurant and Red Earth Spa located in The Caribou Lodge.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob & Susan’s guest house. The location was great, and we were able to walk to pretty much anywhere in town from there. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Communication about check in and departure was clear and concise. Since Bob knew that we were going to Lake Louise, we appreciated his checking in with us to confirm our safety after a rock slide acted in that area. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The property is well located in a quiet party of town, yet walking distance to downtown Banff.

Banff Fun

This felt like home away from home! Clean, comfortable bed, washer/dryer, outdoor space, and easy walk to downtown Banff. Then, at night, a peaceful location to rest up for the next day’s activities. Bob was super friendly and welcoming! Also, a convenient, off-street parking spot was available. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Banff

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s very well equipped with everything you need and we would definitely stay here again. Bob was very responsive on a couple of minor questions we had. Away from the crowds on Banff Avenue but only a short walk to everything. Thanks for a great stay.

Spring Break in Banff

Fantastic Stay

We toured Banff for 5 days. We had a great time and got to come home to big, clean, nice house. We loved the bed and pillows. After a long day we jumped into our own jacuzzi tub, nice and hot everything worked. Owners were very helpful. We will definitely come back and rent again.

Great location and stay.

Nice accomodations. One bed was spring mattress, the other firm foam, but ok for us. No a/c, hot in day, but cooled off in early am. Good location, about 15-20” walk to downtown, but roam day passes worked out well too. Highly recommend roam passes to lake louise/moraine lake.

Perfect Christmas getaway

We stayed at this property for two nights over Christmas with my husband and two teenagers, and we were so in love! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean and I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly well the kitchen was stocked. There were tons of towels, which for me is a plus, travelling as a family of 4 there’s never enough towels. There was a lovely Christmas tree and other decorations that gave the property a homey feel. It was extremely close to downtown, which is just magical at Christmas time. Bob was extremely helpful and friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent option in Banff

Having visited Banff many times before, we have never had a chance to stay at this property but would most certainly stay again. It is centrally located, easy to access, clean, and comfortable. Parking at the property was easy allowing us to walk to Banff Ave & all the nearby restaurants without worrying about where to park. Having a kitchen is always a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. The loft was a great space to lounge and we appreciated a chance to play some new board games. We didn't have time to try / use the hit tub, bbq or bikes but it was great knowing the option was available. Communication with the owners was prompt, clear and helpful. No hesitation recommending!

This is one of the nicest VRBO‘s we have ever stayed in, after many, many years of using this company. The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive, and available, and didn’t bother us unless we asked for them. I would highly recommend this property. An excellent size for two couples and perhaps a couple of extra kids!

Perfect guesthouse for our 5 day stay in Banff! Loved the quiet, but closeness to downtown. Very clean and comfy where we relaxed in the loft, enjoyed the outdoor yard and the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Hosts Bob and Susan were amazing...so responsive, helpful and attentive. Everything was well stocked and offered more than we expected! Great place to kick off our Canada trip!

First off GREAT location to town. A short walk, and far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the downtown busyness. And with a parking spot included, that's a great benefit. There was a smell of smoke for us when we entered, that was a little off-puting. We were on a month long adventure, so the rooms were too small to accommodate our suitcases. Communication with the owners was very responsive. We had some concerns that the owners were very quick to respond to and were very accommodating.

What a spectacular VRBO in a tremendous mountain town! This guest house behind the owners is meticulously maintained to provide everything one needs! Though the neighborhood is closely placed houses, it was quiet and private as if you were at the end of a mountain road. The hot tub and small ‘courtyard’ between the houses seemed totally secluded. The living space was well organized and seems spacious despite its small size. The kitchen had everything a chef could ask for, but why cook when so many fabulous restaurants are walking distance to the downtown scene? My hiking buddy and I have stayed in many a VRBOs and this one is top notch for sure! And THE BED mattresses were as comfortable as if you were in a penthouse suite!

This house was great. It is close to downtown. It is in a quiet neighborhood. On our first morning, there was a huge elk right outside the kitchen window grazing on the grass by the creek. So cool!! The house was clean and had plenty of towels and spices, pots, etc.The fridge/freezer is full size and works well. The washer/dryer are also full sized and worked well. There are a few things I wish it had. Better mattresses (sag in the middle and not super comfortable) would have been nice, shelves or drawers in which to put clothes and a full oven. They have a toaster oven which could fit 1 medium sized pizza, but only 1 rack. However, those are just icing on the cake. The house was super.
