Fantastic villa 500m from beach, large heatable pool, child safety fence

Villa SunKiss was refurbished in the spring of 2017 and is located in the perfect holiday location of Vale Centianes, a quiet residential area just 500m from a beautiful sandy beach, 3km from the lively fishermen's village of Carvoeiro, 5km from Praia da Marinha and various other beaches and 15 km from Portimao.
The property has a garden, with a seaview from the terraces. The accommodation is spacious and is fully air-conditioned.
The living room, with LCD TV, leads to the dining room and veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped. All 5 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
At the heart of Villa Sunkiss is the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The area includes a pergola ideal for outdoor entertaining. There is a terrace with views from the dining room where you will find tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a nice view of the sea.
The large swimming pool is 12 x 4. 3 meters with depths ranging from 0. 90 m to 2. 15 m. Surrounding the pool is a sun bathing terrace with sun loungers. Pool fence is available in order for the parents to fully enjoy and relax when their toddlers are around (only upon request).
The Seven Hanging Valleys trail which just starts 350m from the Villa Sunkiss was elected best hiking trail in Europe in 2019!
A few meters from the house you can find the services you need: supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants.
Nearby are several golf courses a. Vale do Milho (1.5km) and Gramacho (5km).
Perfect combination between peaceful hideaway, beach holidays, sports activities (golfing, walking, hiking, swimming, cycling) and the nearby pitoresque village of Carvoeiro where you will find many bars and restaurants.

Amazing villa

We had a wonderful stay, right from the start, communication was amazing, Elia the owner is lovely, and so accommodating, she literally couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect! The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could ever need! We are returning next year as we love it so much!

Wonderful Villa!

The Villa is fantastic - particularly for a group the size of ours! There were 10 of us celebrating my husband's BIG Birthday, and we had a private bedroom and bath for every couple. The location is fantastic, and it's a short walk to the beach. The house is beautifully cared for and every detail is attended to. Elia, the owner, has taken care of everything beautifully! Amazing property with a fab host

We had the most amazing week at Elia's beautiful villa. We were a group of 8 friends, and were so thrilled to finally get this trip after postponing for 2 years due to covid. The property is even nicer than the photos, so well stocked and we spent most of our time chilling around the pool area. Elia was so helpful and attentive and we would definitely return to this house and area again. Thanks Elia.

A truly amazing property and host!

This property is truly amazing! As we were here in June it was so nice to explore during the day and then come back for a swim in the gorgeous pool. There were eight of us staying here and it was perfect! Beautifully decorated and immaculate! A short walk to beautiful hikes along the cliffs and to the beach which also had a nice restaurant for meals or a spot to just have some ice cream. Elia was great to deal with from initial booking through our entire stay. There is definite pride in ownership in this spectacular property. It was so well equipped with everything you could imagine. Would love to return!

Sunkiss Villa, Carvoeiro - Paradise

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Sunkiss Villa during the last week of May 2019. We were met personally by the owner on our arrival, and at once we felt welcome and that this was to be ‘our’ home for the next week. The villa was furnished beautifully and had every possible convenience, utility, appliance that a visiting family would need. The attention to detail was amazing. The location is perfect. The beach is within walking distance and there are restaurants and a Spar for convenience, literally around the corner from the villa Highly recommend this beautiful villa

Wonderful home

Our group was made up of couples of various ages and one young child, and we all greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The sparkling clean and well-furnished house is outstanding in so many ways: private bedrooms, each with their own bath; inside and outside dining areas; an exceptionally well-provisioned kitchen with new appliances; a good size pool; a roof-top patio from which you can see beautiful sunsets, and I could go on and on. The location is quiet, safe, and a short walk from the beach. There are excellent, grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to get to know the owner, Elia, a bit; it was her thoughtfulness that really made this vacation a wonderful experience for us all.

Amazing home away from home to explore the Algarve.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but we’re so happy with the personal service that Elia gave us, we highly recommend this rental. The location was perfect for us - an oasis to come home to after a full day of activities and exploring. We had family of all ages, but everyone found their own space when they needed to, as well as space to all dine and be together. The pool was clean and refreshing. The kitchen was well stocked for big breakfasts and dinners. We enjoyed sunsets on the roof deck, and quiet morning coffees on the covered patios. The cleaner and maintenance crews came in and refreshed things with little interference. One nice feature was the five bedrooms all with ensuites! Anyone with a big family knows how helpful and rare that is. Thanks again for everything, Elia. Will be sure to come stay again.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool. Die (auf unseren Wunsch installierte) Pool-Absperrung hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin ist proaktiv auf unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche eingegangen, und die Ausstattung ist einfach klasse: von Baby-Wickelauflagen über Strandspielzeug und Schirme bis zur Küche: alles da! Absolutely Amazing

I cannot say enough good about the property and the host. Elia is one of the nicest people we ever met and the attention to detail in the place is lovely. A week in heaven

Elia is a wonderful host - she is kind and welcoming, and always available to help with any questions you might have. The house was perfect for our group of 10. Everything is so well thought out - a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful outdoor eating are with a view of the ocean, books and board games, comfortable bedrooms, and last but not least, the backyard. The couch was big enough to accommodate our group, there are many lounge chairs, and the pool is large and clean. We highly recommend this property.

Phantastische Villa und außerordentlich nette Gastgeberin

Wir waren mit sieben Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern für drei Wochen in der Villa Sunkiss und haben jeden Tag genießen können. Bereits vor und während der Buchung war der Kontakt mit Elia uneingeschränkt freundlich und informativ. Der Empfang war herzlich und auch während des Urlaubs erkundigte sich Elia regelmäßig, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Die Einrichtung und vor allem die Küche mit sämtlichem Zubehör ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist mit seiner Größe ein Paradies für Kinder und Erwachsene. Mit Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten und Terrassen gibt es mehr als genug Sitzgelegenheiten für alle zusammen. Die Reinigung des Hauses und des Pools sowie die Wäschewechsel funktionierten hervorragend. Wir hatten jederzeit ein ausgesprochen sauberes Haus. Wir waren alle begeistert und haben mehr vorgefunden als wir erwartet hätten. Vielen Dank an Elia! Diese Villa können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jerderzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could

This was the cleanest , most well equipped Villa I have ever stayed in . Plenty of outside space to relax in with a very large balcony which enjoys the evening sunshine . Also multiple inside sitting and dining area . Elia has thought about everything that you could possibly want on holidays. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the food in the cupboards and fridgeencourages you to use it - no wondering when it was opened and whether it’s still ok to use -everything is labelled and stored in jars . Check out the cupboards and fridge before you go shopping as Ellia leaves some small supplies to welcome you , including wine, butter and bread . Elia personally greets you when you arrive and gives you a tour of the facilities and talks you through locals restaurants, taxi services etc . She is also readily available should you have a query or need some help during your holiday. The villa is in an excellent location - 5 mins walk from Centiannes beach where there is a beach bar serving the most amazing fresh fish and a couple of 100 yards from a small supermarket where you can get fresh bread and croissants daily . There are a few bars and restaurants near the supermarket , but best to venture slightly further afield to experience more authentic algarvian cuisine - julios is within walking distance , as is o Farol on the Rocha Brava complex and Jardim o Farol just outside the Rocha Brava entrance . Carvoeiro town is a 20 min walk - stop off at the Sky Bar in the Tivoli hotel for a cocktail on the way . Having stayed in this area multiple times over the last 30 years , We were extremely impressed both with the Villa itself and with its location . We will be back .
