Very nice house with large terraces and a balcony, comprising 4 large bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom and a bathroom upstairs, 3 toilets, a pantry, living and dining room equipped, large kitchen, living room Garden with gas barbecue, parasol, hammock, Tahitian kiosk, ping pong table. Parking for 4 vehicles.
Presence of 2 affectionate and discreet cats, free in the garden. The owner takes care of feeding the cats, the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden.
