Appartement Les Terrasses de l'Océan

Très bon accueil de Karen. Appartement spacieux, bien situé, avec une bonne isolation phonique par rapport au passage des piétons et voitures. Belle terrasse extérieure aménagée. Bonne qualité et quantité de vaisselle, couverts, casseroles et poêles. Seul problème, le manque de Wifi qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. J'ai dû prendre un abonnement payant d'une semaine avec un seul appareil connecté (téléphone) et une mauvaise connexion malgré l'abonnement supplémentaire.

L'appartement est bien situé proche de la plage, de commerces. toutefois c'était très bruyant la nuit car l'appartement est proche des bars de nuit .... Ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances en famille.

Agréable séjour

Apparemment agréable qui reste à des températures supportables malgré la canicule ambiante de cette période. Bien situé et équipé. Un peu bruyant certains soirs en fonction des animations programmées sur la place mais ça reste généralement raisonnable tout dépend surtout des vocalises de certains vacanciers qui rentres de soirée notamment des groupes de jeunes allemands ou néerlandais mais ça doit être valable pour l'ensemble des autres résidences de cette station balnéaire.

Wonderful stay

We have just spent a week on holiday in this wonderful apartment which is well located in Moilets-et-Maa. It is clean, comfortable and is well equipped. The facilities including the swimming pools, gym and sauna are also very good. Positioned close to the beach, plaza, restaurants and shops/markets, everything is conveniently within easy reach. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Echte badplaats met surfen & vertier.

Echte surf badplaats; slechts 350 meter van een mooi zandstrand. Veel surfers en genoeg vertier op een nette manier. Enige klein negatief punt is dat het zwembad pas om 10 uur open ging en al om 20.00 uur dicht ging.

Assez belle residence

Quartier très bruyant la nuit bar a proximité place de la Bastide ouvert de 18hrs à 2h du matin je vous laisse imaginer lors de la fermeture à 2h.

Je suis désolée que vous ayez été embêté par le bruit, au milieu de la nuit. Il est vrai que Moliets est une station balnéaire familiale mais également ouverte à accueillir les jeunes gens. Très bonne impression. Appartement agréable, accueil et communication très efficaces. Certaines nuits peuvent être momentanément bruyantes (des fêtards peuvent passer par les parages). Prévoir une laine car l'appartement est un peu frais.

Super Apartment in Top Lage

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und man hat nur ein paar Schritte (10 min gemütlich gehen) bis zur Düne um an den Strand zu gelangen. Obwohl der Pool sehr schön ist, waren wir nie drin, da wir immer nur am Strand waren. Dort ist es einfach doch am schönsten. =) Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss (schattige West-Seite) ist, war sie insgesamt recht kühl. Im Hochsommer sicher ein Vorteil. Jetzt im September eher naja... aber wir sind dann immer raus in die Sonne. Das Geschirr war nicht so super sauber, so dass wir alles nochmal abgewaschen haben. Der Kühlschrank hatte ein funktionierendes Eisfach, aber da hat es immer raus getropft. Das hat etwas genervt. Hätte es ein offenes W-LAN geben sollen? Irgendwie hat da nichts funktionierert. Aber das normale Handynetz war völlig ausreichend. Parkplätze gibt es genügend direkt vor dem Haus. Die ganze Abwicklung, Schlüsselübergabe, etc. war mehr als unkompliziert. Man kontaktiert sich, wenn man vor Ort ist, und 10 min später ist jemand da. Top.

Nous avons adoré le séjour à Moliets et maa. L'appartement était propre et pas loin de la mer. L'accueil de Karen était très chaleureux, c'est une personne très sympathique et serviable. Seul bémol de la résidence, la piscine intérieure ferme à 19 heures, après une journée passée à visiter ou à marcher, nous aurions appréciés de nous détendre dans la piscine chauffée. Un badge aurait été bien pour que nous puissions en profiter un petite heure. A refaire.
