BM's House - Traditional family house to rent in Algarve

Renovated apartament in a first floor of the traditional Algarvian house, in a quiet area at the entrance of Faro city, very close to the highway to the Airport, beach, Spain and also 5min driving to the city center.

The space

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. At the front, there is a balcony and also at the back. It is possible to use the second floor where we have a good and traditional balcony to seat, relax and enjoy the wide view.

We can accomodate 4 people in the two bedrooms available and also have a sofa bed in the living room.

The minimum stay is one day and it's also possible to rent weekly or monthly. Small pets are allowed.

We have all the facilities in terms of Wi-Fi, TV and a kitchen at your disposal.

Wonderful Faro stay

This large and cozy apartment was a very comfortable and quiet place to relax after long days in the warm Algarve sun. Every amenity was included and there were three grocery chains nearby within walking distance. Arriving very late after a flight delay we were greeted by Helena's mother who ensured we found everything to our liking before retiring to her apartment downstairs. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We ate breakfast at nearby cafes and walked downtown in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this property to people who enjoy walking or who are travelling by car. Helena is a kind host and an excellent communicator.

Nice apartment in a very quiet area

We loved our stay at this apartment, although we stay only from one night. The host was very nice and explained everything to us. The apartment had the basic necessities, plus they had a washer machine for longer stays. The only thing that can be improved is to add AC to the other rooms in the house. Only the master had AC. Which was noted in their description. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Needs some maintenance.... got a shock from outlet, black mold in kitchen. Great location to airport, Helena is a warm, kind lady!! Thank you for leaving your studies to fetch us at the wrong location. HomeAway Google maps sent us on a goose chase! Beds were comfortable. Clean.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Helena ist wirklich eine sehr nette Gastgeberin! Sie war immer ansprechbar, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Das Appartment liegt ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Es ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet (inkl. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc.) und es waren sogar Kerzen für den gemütlichen Sommerabend vorhanden. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt zum Wohlfühlen! Vielen Dank Helena!

schöner Aufenthalt in Faro

Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet,für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder genau richtig. Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Wir haben öfters gekocht, somit passend. Man sollte trotzdem ein Auto mieten, da am Rande von Faro. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.

Helena has been a fantastic host. We arrived late in the afternoon and Helena welcome us explaining us everything and ensuring everything was fine. Property is very comfortable and located in a very quiet place not far from Faro center and very close to local amenities. Unfortunately we have been in Faro only one night, but would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful and comfortable appartment

This Appartement is the perfekt Palace to have a holiday in Faro. Its near the City center, 20 minuten food walk. It has two Supermarktes and a very food Restaurant nearby. It is large, modern, beautiful and comfortable with nice places in a sunny balcony. The Kirchen provides everything you need. You can easily stay there with 3 people. Helena gave US a warm welcome a lot of valueable information. Wie had a very nice stay in the Appartement and in Faro. THANK you.

Tres joli appartement

Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants, bien situé, meme s il faut avoir une voiture: acces facile vers le centre de faro. Confortable, un seul petit bémol : le bruit de la rue le soir, mais nous habitons habituellement à la campagne alors on n a pas l habitude ! Une expérience tres positive. Disponibilité d'Helena notre hôte.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire, Helena. L'appartement est spacieux et propre avec une terrasse, typique des maisons portugaises, très agréable pour profiter du soleil. L'appartement très bien situé, commerces à proximité et proche du centre de faro. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Faro et merci encore à Helena d'avoir pris du temps pour nous indiquer des endroits à visiter dans les environs.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La maman d’isabela nous a très bien accueilli et nous l’a remercions pour l’eau au frais ainsi que les petites friandises. Si nous revenons au Portugal nous reviendrons très certainement dans ce logement

Love the property!

This apartment was perfect for our stay! Helena and her mother are so sweet and accomodating, they really helped us out when we needed directions. The place itself is spacious, clean, and quiet and was exactly what we were looking for. We had every ammenity we needed and it was a perfect short walk to the supermarket. We had a great nights sleep and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Thank you so much! Next time we come back to Faro we would love to stay again. Great place! Obrigada!

Appartement bien situé, proche des commerces et des sites touristiques. Refait à neuf, on n'entend aucun bruit de la rue. Bien aménagé, propre et climatisé !. Très accueillant et serviable. Nous recommandons!

C'était une famille très sympa, avec deux enfants, qui ont étaient des clients fantastiques. J'aimais les recevoir chez moi. Ils ont utilisés toute la maison et, surtout la terrasse et ont laissés la maison impeccablement propre. Je serais heureuse de les recevoir de nouveau et je les recommende à tous les propriétaires.

Sehr schönes, sauberes kleines traditionelles Apartment mit allem was man benötigt.

Das Kleine Apartment mit 2 kleinen Schlafzimmern, Wohnraum und voll ausgestatteter Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die nahegelegene Hauptverkehrsstraße liefert etwas Geräusche bei geöffnetem Fenster, uns hat es nicht stark belastet. Alles in allem ein angemessenes Preis/Leistngsverhältnis.

Os três hóspedes foram simpáticos e, durante a sua estadia, colocaram diversas questões. No geral, utilizaram a casa de forma cuidadosa, mas deixaram lixo e diversas garrafas de bebida espalhadas na cozinha, que me fazem dar um comentário menos positivo.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable

The property was very easy to find and there was car parking space right outside. It was tastefully furnished and everything we could want was already provided. I was travelling with my daughters and they felt it like a home away from home. Highly recommended.
