It is within walking distance to all of local businesses and attractions in Speightstown, including several great eateries.
This sun drenched studio apartment has an open plan living area which flows to the picturesque sea views with an intimate garden area which is ideal for your morning coffee or tea. French doors allow easy access to the garden which looks out across the boardwalk to which you have exclusive use. The living area is equipped with a ceiling fan however the entire space is serviced with air conditioning unit. There is a small kitchenette area equipped with a 4 burner gas stove and microwave.
