This is not located downtown. A private & quiet walkout lower level apartment ,packed with amenities in a beautiful neighborhood close to highway access and 5 minutes to Bike Rentals or Grand Ole Opry and Gaylord Opryland Convention Center.

There are restaurants, bars, trails, showboat rides nearby at Music Valley plus The Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Convention Center is 1 mile away.

What a great trip for my wife and I! Our first trip to Nashville and our stay was a great experience! Our host, Tammy, had great communication and ensured we had everything we needed! The location is great and close to all attractions, especially Opry Mills and The Grand Ole Opry! The property offered private parking and was in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I stayed a few days while visiting the Grand Ole Opry. Excellent location, nice, quiet neighborhood where we felt very safe. The accommodations were wonderful! I definitely recommend !!

Property was advertised as "Noteworthy by Orpyland". There is a reason you do not see pictures of the outside. Because it is a basement apartment in residential area. While it is clean. The bath and shower is so small it is barely usable. While it is close to Orpyland, I do not think it is linked to Opryland. Would not stay again.

I’m very saddened that you did not know that most of these types of rentals are in residential neighborhoods. I appreciate that you let others know that the bathroom may not be extra spacious to hold 2 large people. But it has plenty of countertop space and drawers After 10 years and haven’t had a complaint .I’m sad you had a bad experience. The description tells this as a walkout/garden level type of suite. The covered parking spot isclose to the door and walk right in. Unlike the commercial apartments & rooms nobody shares a wall here on all sides nor is there a hallway outside your door. Just a private patio. Owner rarely uses the area above this rental. And is very respectful as it is known as a quiet rental for my busy conventioners and tourists. So it’s not corporate owned it’s a small tax paying business. You get a real Host who pays fees for a code permit, a required liability insurance, self-employment tax, income tax, commissions, & expenditures without discounts. I depend on the gratitude of my guests to continue to do this. And again, my apologies to you.

This place was truly amazing, it was a wonderful location very safe easy to get around to anything that you wanted to do in Nashville, her place is very clean, roomie, quiet, peaceful, just overall a nice place to stay, there was only one that we wished that she had and that was a TV in the bedroom. There is only one TV in the living room other than that I recommend this stay for anyone to enjoy.

Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was astoundingly perfect, and the little basement apartment is exactly as pictured - cozy, welcoming, an amazing bed, and cutely decorated. Our host was sweet, thoughtful, an excellent communicator, and went far above and beyond in providing as much information as we needed. Also, when we arrived early, Tammy warmly welcomed us, and even allowed early check-in after the long drive. I highly recommend this listing for anyone visiting Opryland! Quiet, clean, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Great stay at a cute apartment close to Gaylord Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay! It was quiet, private, clean, well accommodated, and the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great stay. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Basically private parking. Your vehicle cannot be seen from the street. There is a cool area a short drive away with free parking and all the action you’ll find downtown but with a more personal vibe to it. Tammy, the host is great and always available if you need anything,

Traveling with the band was hard we would get so tired of not having comforts of home.
When I travel I need a comfortable bed and good pillows.
I want quiet walls, windows and ceilings .

I don’t want to be charged for snacks, water, coffee /tea, tums, bandaids or a can of soup etc. because I am a “guest” not the owners ATM.

A good guest always takes care of everything from the towels to the floors. If an accident happens it’s ok, tell me. I’m reasonable.

The beautiful neighborhood.close to attractions and highway access. Very close to Opryland and the new Grand Ole Opry, Good restaurants, live music venues of new and old country and blues, even miniature golf, bike rentals and go carts and Blake Sheltons new laid back lounge Reds

Close to biketrail 2.5 miles. Rent and peddle the Greenway to Downtown or just walk
Close to boat ramp for entry to Cumberland River.
