The home sleeps 9 adults: 2 in the master king bed, 2 in a queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 on each of the 2 twin XL beds in the third bedroom, 1 in the loft in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 on the queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also an inflatable queen mattress.

WELL-EQUIPPED GORGEOUS KITCHEN: The kitchen is an open style galley design brightened by three skylights, boasting gorgeous Blue Macaubus Quartzite counters with a long entertainment bar, and Contemporary-Hawaiian style cabinetry made from pure Sapele wood. Whether you are cooking or sitting at one of the beautifully carved and upholstered high bar stools you will see the 5-star views from this amazing well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances. There are two large refrigerators – a French style in the kitchen and a side-by-side in the garage - which provide plenty of food and drink storage space for even large families. A large dual zone wine refrigerator will keep your reds and whites at their perfect temperatures. The 5-burner cook top oven is conveniently powered by propane gas, not electricity. The carved wood entertainment center has a huge 75" flat panel 4K SmartTV Samsung television plus a 4K up-scaling Blu-ray player, soundbar speaker system and cable DVR TV box which provides 300+ TV channels and can record your favorite shows and movies.
Sonos House Sound System: Enjoy music in the living room, master bedroom and/or through the built-in speakers throughout the lanai. Just download the Sonos App, connect it to the home Wi-Fi system and take control of the music. Music can be set to play from any music source on your Sonos App or from the TV or DVD player. We provide a nice variety of Hawaiian CDs for your enjoyment. You can even play two different sources of music to two different areas at the same time.

Productivity: You will appreciate fast cable internet connections ( 200Mbs upload / 400Mbs download speeds) on the dual band Wi-Fi network to support video and music streaming, for fun or for work, on your laptops, tablets, and smartphone devices. The Ali’I View Master: The master bedroom has southwest, unobstructed views of the entire Kohala coastline, the ocean and the three volcano mountains: Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai, which can be seen directly from the California King sized Sleep Number bed. The Master on-suite bathroom features a two-person deep-soaking, jetted, bubbled, and lighted spa bathtub, his and her sinks, and a walk-in shower. You can see the same amazing views from right INSIDE the bathtub. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable rattan plantation chair, beautiful wood-carved tropical style king bed-frame, and decorated with stunning wall art and woven raffia wallpaper. The master walk-in closet is so large it could be another room and features a crib/toddler bed so a small child can be close to his/her parents. There is also a SmartTV with its own cable box in the Master Bedroom.

The Palmier Queen Bedroom: The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable, remote-controlled base makes it perfect for reading in bed or just taking in the views, plus a wide futon in a loft that accommodates 1 adult or 2 smaller teen kids. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with tropical motif carved wood furniture, including a queen head and foot board, newly upholstered bench, two nightstands and a tall armoire. Tropically decorated with Tommy Bahama bedding, Koa-like wood lamps and wall décor.

The Mint Jungle Bedroom: The 3rd bedroom has two Twin XL beds, also with adjustable, remote-controlled bases, which can be bridged together to make an Eastern King bed. This room has a fresh and jovial wall-paper with pineapple lamps, making it a favorite among children. It is furnished with tropical rattan furniture, including two twin headboards, two nightstands and a tall armoire.

The Seashell and Honu Bathrooms: The second full bathroom, having a darling coastal design theme, is conveniently located across the hallway from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The third bathroom, decorated with a Honu (turtle) motif, is a ¾ bath with shower, and is smartly located in the garage, so beach-goers and those exercising with the gym fitness equipment can easily rinse off before entering the home or the pool.

Laundry and Library: There is a large laundry room stocked with lots of cleaning supplies and tools, as well as a modern washer and dryer and wash basin located off the hallway. It also contains a library of fiction, non-fiction, travel and self-help books to read as well as books about Hawaii. There are also plenty of board and card games to keep families entertained too.

EXPANSIVE OUTDOOR LIVING AREA with POOL & JACUZZI
Great for entertaining, lounging or just living, this home boasts a large lanai spanning the entire home, with separate and covered Dining and Lounging areas, as well as a Spa area.
