We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting to relax and visit. Short drive to some great restaurants & activities. The property was as described & very clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
The house was clean and comfortable. It’s a small place but that’s ok when you’re spending most of the day of the lake. The bathrooms aren’t great but good enough. Only one tv and it’s not a smart tv so we couldn’t enjoy our favorite shows at the end of the day. Otherwise we liked our stay.

We are so happy you enjoyed your time on Lake Norman!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great - clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was incredible. We would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion is to get a ladder for the dock.
We attended a wedding at Separk Mansion and decided to book a cottage on the lake to make it a vacation as well .
We would absolutely stay here again . The cottage was so warm and cozy , very clean and we just loved it .

We have stayed at this property several times and we love it! This is a clean and neat house and we always enjoy our time here. The dock and access to the water are great. The kids had a blast playing and fishing.

Worked great but were mislead about the basement. Didn’t know that there wasn’t an access from the first floor to basement without going outside.

Thank you for the feedback! We'll be sure to double check our listing to ensure it is accurately described.
Very good, kayaks were dirty so we had to rent our own. Enjoyed the view from the dock.

We are sorry that the last guest did not take care of the kayaks properly, we wish you would've reported this to us as we could have had maintenance take care of the kayaks for you.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay minus the kayaks, and we would love to host you again.
The house has a great deck and view. The cottage was decorated very nicely. It fits 4 adults comfortably.

Value is not good. Home was not clean, in poor condition and not well equipped. Towels appeared dirty, or in just very poor condition. Bathrooms were not clean, especially shower floor. Kitchen was poorly equipped - no kettle, too few coffee mugs, hodge podge of cookware. Wood floors are in poor condition and dirty. Coffee maker leaks while brewing. Too much clutter and too many piles of books everywhere.

This was our second vacation at this property and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The house was immaculate, comfortable clean furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful shaded deck with lots of seating, kayaks and gorgeous views. We will return!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to hosting you for your next vacation!
Our stay at the lake house was peaceful and enjoyable. The house is on a quieter part of the lake with easy access to everything you need. The property manager was friendly and prompt taking care of a few minor issues. We would recommend this property.
Great lake property, house comfortable and equipped nicely. Close to grocery store and larger shopping areas. All of the outdoor space is amazing and very quiet. Boat dock and water access works perfectly. Would DEFINETELY stay again........hated to leave.

Place was great . Had everything we needed and was clean. Went swimming in the lake right off the dock. Was not bitten by anything according to some reviews.
The house is lovely, private, safe, warm and wonderful. The only issue we had was the wifi. The property management did everything in their power to resolve the issue. We would stay again.
The cottage was cozy and clean! Ended up not having a dishwasher 😞. Was really excited about the dock and enjoyed sitting by the water. Just wish there was a ladder in the dock to get out of the water. The deck was amazing! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The property was fine but the HVAC didn’t work and the refrigerator kept resetting and wasn’t cooling. The HVAC not working was kind of a big deal since it made it difficult to sleepThe listing also makes it seem like the house stands alone and is secluded from neighbors but there are houses right next to the property on both sides. It wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t feel the need to be secluded but just didn’t expect to be that close to neighbors.

Thank you for your patience while we worked towards resolving those maintenance issues. The HVAC and refrigerator have both been replaced, and we hope we get the chance to host you again in the future!
Great house, very relaxing and spectacular views. The bed was rock hard though and no fan in bath.
We had a wonderful time floating in the lake and relaxing on the deck. The house is quaint and the property is amazing but the deck needs some TLC. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. We had a really relaxing time and would book again.

Thank you for the review, we have completed several deep cleans since your stay and would love to host you again.
Lovely home in a beautiful setting leads to lots of fun at "Camp Lake Norman."
Immaculate house with lovely furnishings did not disappoint. Oversized outside deck was the hub of offered activities ranging from swimming, fishing, kayaking, horseshoes and billiards. Enjoying the lake breezes with a good book, playing cards or cocktails under the massive oak tree was a treat. We will return!
