Beachcombers is a beautiful, ground floor apartment and is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout with lots of modern yet homely touches to make your stay truly memorable. Beachcombers is light and airy whilst also being cosy and very comfortable for families, couples or groups of friends and is situated behind the Beadnell Bay sand dunes.
There are two relaxing sofas in the living room and a dining table with seating for up to five, great for enjoying a home cooked meal and reclining on the sofa afterwards. Even while you are sitting inside, views are onto a small grass area and the Sand Dunes.
There is a small outdoor decking area, fab to sit and enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun. PLEASE NOTE WEEKS RUN FRIDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
Beachcombers sleeps 5 guests (max 4 adults)over two bedrooms, which are spacious and fresh with all the essentials you might need to make yourself at home. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk with the lower being a double (sleep 3 in total)
For those wishing to immerse themselves in traditional Northumberland life, this coastal apartment is the perfect retreat. Seahouses is just a short drive away where you can take trips to the Farne Islands to see the Puffins and seals or just simple sample some of the local delights such as smoked Kippers from Swallow Fish. Just a 30 minute drive away you will find Alnwick, a traditional market town with Alnwick Castle and the award winning Alnwick Gardens.
A Cot & Highchair upon request.
Please note: There is an additional refundable damage deposit required of £100 when booking this cottage.
This cottage accepts two well behaved dogs. There is an additional charge, £15 a few doggy house rules.

A fantastic stay

We stayed here for 4 days and had a fantastic stay. The property was perfectly placed for exploring the northumberland coast and is a stone throw from the beach. We look forward to returning!

Beadnell beach side apartment

Had a lovely weekend break. Only downside was the weather. The apartment is well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Udeally located for doggy beach walks. The two pubs in the village are welcoming and homely serving lovely food.

Lovely holiday experience

A clean, warm and beautiful apartment, a stones throw from the beach. Good facilities that gave us a comfortable and relaxed holiday. Jayne is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Great beach-side family property

The property is really well located very close to a great beach and in easy walking distance of local amenities. The property was spotlessly clean - the preparation was top-class - and was very comfortable for our stay. The owner is very helpful. We had a lovely family holiday here - strongly recommended.

We thought the apartment was wonderful - just perfect for our needs, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again please! Putting the heating on in order to have a shower was perhaps a bit odd but didn't matter! And the electric hob challenged us until we realised we had to put pans on the hob to get it to work. But honestly, we absolutely loved it - and what a location!!! PS slept so well - the beds were bliss! Thank you!!!!

Beadnell is a place I know very well as my Dad grew up in Seahouses and Ive spent all my child hood in Beadnell. In fact I met my husband at the age of 16 in Beadnell and now have been married for 35years!! We had a 2nd property in Beadnell but decided to make this our permanent home as of December 2020! Im loving my life here in Beadnell. and since acquired another 3 properties

Why they chose this property

We chose Dunes Court as it in a great location , set behind the sand dunes of Beadnell Bay, on your door step! The apartment is ideal for 1 guest up to 5. Its light and yet cosy with its sofas and occasional table and well equipped kitchen its a great size for a holiday. Weeks run Friday to Friday. The Beach is on your doorstep . Just enjoy walking, water sports or just sit and relax on the golden sand!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! The Beach is on your door step! easy walking distance to the village shop and pubs. A great base to explore the Northumbrian coast line.
You couldnt ask for more from a property, the location is 2nd to none and a great base if you like to explore the Northumbrian coast line, castles and attractions.
