The villa is located 100mt from Nisporto's quiet beach and enjoys a breathtaking view of both the sea and the mountains behind it.

The house is composed of two apartments, completely independent and connected from the outside. The main apartment is on the first floor and the second is partially semi-interlocked and partly on the ground floor.

The house is ideal for large groups or for two families and can accommodate up to 13 people (4 double bedrooms and 3 sofa beds)

The upper apartment is composed of:

- a kitchen / lounge with a sofa bed
- 2 terraces, including a solarium on the roof
- a garden that runs all around the house
- private parking spaces

The apartment on the ground floor, partially semi-underground, is composed of
- 2 large double bedrooms (with windows of good luck)
- a very large lounge kitchen with 2 double sofa beds
- small garden
- private parking spaces

You will find all the comforts: washing machine (upstairs), dishwasher, modern kitchen, barbeque (in the garden on the first floor), ceiling fans (only on the first floor, and 'useless in the apartment on the ground floor), TV and stereo. Internet is not unfortunately available in the area.

The area is calm and relaxing. At 50mt there is a grocery / bazaar for daily shopping.

The two apartments are completely independent and connected by an outside stair.

The house is in a beautiful, untouched and relaxing part of Elba Island. At 50mt you find a small shop where to buy day to day things (bread, coffee if you are italian, ...;)), bars and a restaurant.
