Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis, helemaal privé. Vlakbij het prachtige dorpje Montclus dat je een stukje kan zien vanop het terras en uit het keukenraam. De privé toegang tot de rivier vanuit de tuin was voor ons iets minder handig, maar op minder dan 5 minuten wandelen kan je ook zalig op het keienstrandje aan de rivier vertoeven en iets makkelijker zitten. Huisje was zeer ruim en héél proper bij aankomst. En volledig voorzien van wat je nodig hebt: oven, microgolf, kookvuur, wasmachine, handdoeken, ligstoelen, wasrek, wifi, uitleg van wat er in de buurt te zien en te doen is, waar de winkels zijn,... superfijn! De locatie van het huisje is een enorme troef: heel privé, midden in de natuur, unieke locatie en ligging,.... Maar de natuur wil natuurlijk wel zeggen: meer insecten (bij ons vooral wespen en muggen). Het terras is mooi ruim en heeft een heel mooi zicht. Zon in de voormiddag en vanaf de namiddag ligt deze in de schaduw. Zalig vertoeven, als de wespen wegblijven :) er waren hier en daar wat nestjes in de muur, dus dat hebben we aan de eigenares gemeld. Dus ik vermoed dat dit volgende keer wel beter zal zijn! Er vertrekken ook enkele wandelingen vlakbij het huisje of in de buurt. De streek is echt prachtig! Wij hebben in elk geval enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige vakantiehuis! Zoek je een mooi, ruim huisje, volledig privé en voorzien van voldoende comfort op een unieke locatie? Dan kunnen we dit prachtig gelegen huis alleen maar aanraden!

Ein sehr hübsches Haus in prächtiger Landschaft. Hier ankommen und der Alltag ist schnell vergessen

Unvergessen bleiben die vielen Ausflüge mit Auto, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Spektakuläre Ausblicke und Erlebnisse. Außerdem empfehlenswert, der second Hand Laden an der Ausfahrt zum Ort Montclus. Überregional bekannt, günstig und von meinen Kindern geliebt. Der Abschied viel uns schwer, auch von unserer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Hoffentlich bis bald...

Très agréable!

Grande maison dans un cadre magnifique avec accès direct à la Cèze. Très bénéfique surtout pour nos chiens ! Vous avez du soleil, de la mi-ombre ou de l'ombre sur toute la propriété, selon vos envies. Il faut conduire un peu plus loin pour faire du shopping ou faire du tourisme, mais si vous aimez la nature, c'est le bon endroit ! Cependant, il y a beaucoup de guêpes. La maison est magnifique et très bien entretenue, la femme de ménage est très sympa ! Nous serons de retour.

Très belle région, un peu éloignée à la fois mais assez proche de tous ( 25 Kms ) de Gourdagues, Barjac, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Uzès, Orange, Nismes,.. Superbe! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement dans une jolie maison, à l'intérieur rénové mais qui garde son cachet grace au mobilier, et situé dans un cadre exceptionnel. La plage privée sur la Cèze est un luxe inestimable. Ombragée, accès direct à un bassin qui permet la nage, vue imprenable sur le village de Montclus.. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Wij verbleven 2 weken in deze vakantiewoning in Montclus. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is slecht. De woning is erg gedateerd en afgezien van de keuken voldoet de woning in zijn geheel niet. In de gehele woning is geen fatsoenlijke stoel aanwezig. Het douchen in badkuip is erg gevaarlijk. Er is geen douchegordijn of scherm, waardoor de gehele ruimte kletsnat wordt. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, maar de tweede slaapkamer is erg klein en het matras heeft beste tijd gehad. Wij hebben geklaagd over de afwezigheid van een goede stoel. Dit is niet serieus genomen door de verhuurder en ook niet door Belvilla. De ligging en uitzicht zijn erg mooi. Wij hadden enorm veel overlast van de buurman die bedrijfsmatig hout verwerkt / verzaagd. De woning grenst aan een riviertje, maar de afdaling er naartoe is erg gevaarlijk en door de gladde rotsen totaal ongeschikt voor kleine kinderen of grotere honden. De oprit naar de woning is onverhard en risicovol door losliggende stenen. Advies; er zijn mooiere en betere woning te huur nabij.

Aankomst was overweldigend. Montclus is een prachtig klein middeleeuws dorp dat alleen voor inwoner toegankelijk is met de auto. Het vakantiehuis ligt net buiten het dorp, te bereiken via een oude brug over de Cèze en een smal weggetje. Bij aankomst was de eigenares onmiddellijk aanwezig .We werden vriendelijk ontvangen .Het huis is zeer goed in orde en kompleet. Ondanks dat wij de Franse taal niet spreken was de communicatie redelijk begrijpbaar. Het huisje is compleet omheind en bied veel privacy waar je vanuit “ balkon” prachtig uitzicht heb Vanuit je huisje zo naar beneden lopen en zwemmen in de heldere cèze . Onze hond heeft net als wij geduurde onze vakantie een wereldtijd gehad . Volop gelegenheid om te zwemmen , wandelen , en het bezichtigen van dorpjes en stadjes. fam. Mulderij

Toller Urlaub

Da Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage. Wir genossen den Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ceze (Schlucht) beim Frühstück. Das Grundstück ist seht weitläufig und eingezäunt und hat einen direkten Zugang zur Ceze. Unser Hund hat das sehr genossen. Während unseres Urlaubes (Mai) war es extrem heiß (zu warm für die Jahreszeit) Die Ceze hatte kaum Wasser. Nachteil: Der nächste Bäcker ist 10 km entfernt (Barjac).

We waren hier 10 dagen, eind april tot begin mei, met mooi zonnig weer. Rustig en heel mooi gelegen, typisch zuid-frans huis met een groot eigen terrein er omheen met veel zitjes. Ruim huis met fraai, zonnig balkon met uitzicht op de rivier en veel bomen met allerlei vogels. Er is een fijne keuken, maar gezien de grote vaatwasser relatief wel een wat beperkte hoeveelheid bestek en serviesgoed. Vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Nettes Steinhaus am Ufer der Cèze

Montclus ist eine kleine Perle im Gard. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und danken Frau Lavie für das freundliche und unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit hochwertiger, funktionsfähiger Küche, einem ordentlichen Badezimmer und vier vernünftigen Schlafplätzen. Herrlich ist die Lage am Hang zur Cèze mit privatem Felsstrand.

Propriétaire disponible, accueillante et très agréable. Séjour parfait et dépaysant dans une très belle maison en pierre, confortable et au calme, avec un magnifique jardin et une plage privée au bord de la Cèze, dans un des plus beaux villages (Montclus est magnifique).
