Tolles Haus an einem wunderschönen Küstenabschnitt

Toller Wintergarten, großes Haus! Gut für 2 Parteien geeignet: 2 Schlafzimmer + Bad im 1.OG Haupthaus; im Anbau ist ein Schlafzimmer zum Garten + kleines Bad und ein Schlafzimmer im 1. OG, das aber nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet aber uns ist die Sicherung bei Benutzung des Backofens rausgeflogen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und wird offensichtlich auch privat genutzt (viele private Fotos). Der Garten ist sehr groß, ruhig und wenig einsehbar aber es riecht häufiger nach Abwasser (Sickergrube?)! Der Kamin durfte nicht benutzt werden. Das Haus liegt an einer nicht wenig befahrenen Straße, was akustisch aber nicht stört! Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig durch einen Waldabschnitt erreichbar - der ganze Küstenabschnitt ist aber ziemlich steil. Wunderschöne Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Die Gegend eignet sich meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Fahrradfahren obwohl viele Wege ausgeschildert sind, die Straßen sind aber zu schmal und schnell befahren.

Schönes Haus in ursprünglicher Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Plouha sehr genossen. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen: der Wintergarten ist top, die Betten sind gut und die zwei "en suite Bäder" ein toller Comfort. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, man kann viel entdecken und die Highlights der Region sind alle, in kurzer Distanz per Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und problemlos. Für uns alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!

Idyllisches, bretonisches Häuschen, Nähe Strand Le Palus

Meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen betronischen Haus. Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Garten, in dem die Kinder schön spielen konnten. Der helle Wintergarten war für uns der zentrale Raum und wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Die Küche hat alles da und man konnte eine größere Familie gut bekochen. Auch für kühlere Tage gab es im Wohnzimmer einen schönen Holzkamin. Zum Strand Le Palus sind es nur 500 m. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Armelle und Yves war sehr angenehm und herzlich. Auch auf verschiedene Nachfragen wurde schnell geanwortet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Séjour idéal

La maison est chaleureuse et accueillante.Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.Les repas sous la véranda sont très plaisants ainsi que le terrain de plain-pied arboré et fleuri. La possibilité de rejoindre la plage du Palus à pied ainsi que le GR34 qui la traverse est également un atout. Nous remercions nos hôtes.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison bretonne lumineuse et tranquille, réaménagée avec goût, dotée d'un joli jardin clos. Nous étions 6 et l'agencement, fidèle à la description du site, ainsi que la superficie de la maison nous ont permis une belle cohabitation (utilisation des 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain). Proche à pied de la plage du Palus et de ses crèperies, ainsi que du GR côtier, mais également à 1h du cap d'Erquy, cap Fréhel, 30 min de Paimpol et un peu plus pour l'embarcadère de Bréhat, tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons cette location ainsi que sa région.

Großzügiges, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten!

Hallo, wir waren sehr gerne in diesem Haus, das in einem kleinen Dorfteil von Plouha liegt (etwas ausserhalb). Der Dorfteil ist sehr ruhig, hier verkehren ausschliesslich Autos im Anliegerverkehr. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Garten, mit allerlei Möglichkeiten für Kinder zum Spielen (Trampolin, Federball). Der zentrale Raum des Hauses (im Sommer) ist der helle Wintergarten mit 3 Fensterschiebetüren. Im Innern stechen das großzügige Wohnzimmer und die offene Küche hervor. Letztere ists mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, um auch eine größere Familie zu bekochen (großer Gasherd!). Alles (Geschirr, Töpfe, Messer etc.) ist in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden, so dass man nicht immer gleich abspülen muss. 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 dazugehörigen Badezimmern (mit Dusche) erlauben auch einen gleichzeitigen Aufenthalt von Langschläfern und Early Birds, ohne dass diese sich gegenseitig stören. Zum Strand Le Paus sind es nur 500 m. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil (oder Vorteil?): es gibt kein WLAN/internet access und das mobile Netz ist sehr schwach. Aber vielleicht sollte man das einfach als Vorteil bewerten.... Die Kommunikation mit Armelle und Yves war immer sehr angenehm und herzlich und schnell. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Andreas Teubner.
