A little gem - perfect for a family break!
Overall we have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Perfect escape from reality, 10min walk from Mondello and 30mins from Palermo on the bus - Ideal for families.
From the very beginning communication with Mario and Marianna was amazingly prompt and exactly what you need with 7 people travelling, all questions were answered and resolved where possible.
Upon arrival we were welcomed by Marianna for check in and were presented with a fridge stocked with the essentials and we definitely thought that was a sweet touch.
The property is great and really a pleasure to live in - we rented it for a week and were super impressed at the space and all rooms were comfortable, modern kitchen and plenty of spaces for you to enjoy as a family or on your own.
The pool was so enjoyable, we hardly spent time inside. It was a dream to swim in and large enough to have everyone in enjoying the scorching sunshine and still manage a swim.
The only comments we would have that is that for people with young families, you should be aware the pool is very deep - in some parts much deeper than 6ft so may be the depths should be displayed along the poolside for safety.
We should also say that a warning should be made regarding the pool - if you have any swimwear that is either light in colour or patterned in light colours (Beware - they may be stained lime green and not come out even after a lot of washes) :( Although Marianna made the best efforts to get a maintenance crew out to us, we all came back with swimwear that is now tinged green.
Lastly like other have commented previously this property is only 4 bedrooms and not 6 (as the apartment is separate to the house).
In conclusion though we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place or coming back for another stay so if you're looking for a relaxing Sicilian break - Look no further! :)
