Superb and Comfortable Lodging!

We had a great stay here. The foldout couch was particularly comfortable as was the master bed. Temperature regulation was easy and a/c rarely needed.

Great Stay - Week went by so quickly!

Loved the people, security, and facilities. Went to the pool and jacuzzi everyday. Nice restaurants nearby. Our view of the ocean was spectacular.!

Views for days

The lovely things about this property: clean, two sets of keys, safe, and a great, shaded pool to swim laps in if there is not surf or it's too sunny. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants on the beach and a cute little taco stand and tiny market steps away.

It is as advertised and much more!

Kristen's place was beautiful and as advertised. The view from the condo to the ocean was wonderful and the close proximity to the town and it's great restaurants made our week in paradise all that more enjoyable. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

Perfect perch

We have stayed in Punta de Mita several times and this accommodation was by far our favorite. Beautiful views (and check out the roof deck for sunrise and sunset), quiet, well-situated to the beach and excellent town restaurants, clean, functional—overall a lovely little perch in paradise.

WOW! An amazing view!

We lenjoyed everything about our trip to Punta de Mita. Condo was perfect ... amazing views, hard to leave! Sunrise, sunset and surfers. Loved that we could walk out the back to a small friendly local vibe!

Perfect Home Away from Home!

Ultra clean, well-decorated,180-deg. ocean view condo stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay, and everything works! Friendly staff, gorgeous pool, and the most beautiful sunsets to enjoy from the living space and deck. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Punta de Mita!

Sunny Getaway

Oh this place was amazing! It was a good size and had spectacular views, not only from the condo and balcony but the rooftop patio. We were there 10 days without a car and did not need one as all the restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is across the street.

Great location, amenities, and easy process

We greatly enjoyed our stay, especially the location, the view, walkability to town, the amenities of the property, and the unit itself had everything we needed and more. It was very tastefully decorated, comfortable, well labeled with instructions, and even had helpful vacation items for us to use like surfboards, beach bags and towels, and even came with our own secure parking spot. The process was very simple to book, check in and check out, and the communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend!

Soothing Sounds

We just spent our spring break in Punta Mita. La Misión de Mita was a perfect spot to relax seaside. This unit is as it states and the views were exceptional with the decks opening right up to the ocean and the soothing sounds of the surf. The unit was very comfortable and the extras (beach chair, boogie board, towels) were an added bonus. We sure hope to come back!
