Hillside house in full nature, not completely isolated, 3 km from the main village, with heating only fireplace and wood stoves, inside 2 hectares of enclosed park, beautiful view from the mountains to the sea, 280 meters altitude, without architectural barriers. The house is 1850, artistically restored, can accommodate 4 people. The house has a private pool and sauna. In addition to the house there is an annexe where you can eat and cook. It also has an outdoor bathroom with hot shower. Raggioletto is an organic farm so you can eat the fruits directly from the tree. We are in the hospitable valley of the bougainvillea, full of hiking trails and mountain bike enthusiasts, 30 km from the Park from the forest of the blade and casentines forests, 42 km from the renowned beaches of the Adriatic Riviera, 80 km from Florence, 80 Km from san marino, 40 km from ravenna, 28 km from castrocaro terme, 37 km from romagna bath. Within a short distance you will find the Terme di Fratta and the Terme di Bagno di Romagna. The dispenser is always supplied with fresh, raw material: oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc ..

Wonderfull House

We hadve spend a wonderful holidays. The place is very quiet, the swimming pool is very pleasant. Bologna, Ferrara, Parma, Firenze, Ravene... The beach is an hour's drive away; Thanks to Andréa for her kindness and availability. I hope we can go back again

Fantastic, peaceful...a piece of rustic Italian Heaven

We spent a fantastic two weeks at the 'Old House' at Raggioletto with our two sons, aged 10 and 14 years. Andrea gave us a great welcome and showed us around the beautifully and traditionally furnished house, which he has maintained to an exceptionally high standard; we note that it has not-at-all surprisingly been featured in an Italian magazine to showcase the beautiful and creative way that Andrea has kept it. The house is fully stocked for any occasion, with an indoor and outdoor kitchen; every imaginable piece of equipment necessary for any eventuality; a pool with spectacular views across the mountains, fresh organic fruit ripe for the picking; lots of space outdoors to relax or explore...the list goes on. Our two boys spent much of their time playing in the pool and exploring their beautiful surroundings. Raggioletto is set on a mountainside and one can never get enough of the beautiful views, the natural environment, the space, the animals and fruit trees, and the peace and quiet. When we weren't relaxing, the house served as a great base to explore places of interest, both local and further afield. We visited Florence, Bologna, Milan, San Marino; spent a few days in Rome, explored the coast south of Rimini, and spent a day in a boat, snorkelling in the spectacular bays and coast around Numana; the highlight of our stay. We would highly recommend a stay at Raggioletto in order to unwind, relax and get to know a little about Italy and all of its wonders. Thank you to Andrea, and with hope we will be back again soon!

Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus in ländlicher Umgebung, und eine halbe Stunde nördlich von der kleinen Stadt Forli. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet für einen Ferienaufenthalt und bietet genug Platz für vier Personen. Alles war sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert, auch wenn es zum Teil recht rustikal war. aber gerade das macht den Charme dieser Ferienimmobilie aus. Der Besitzer Andrea spricht hervorragendes Englisch und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Ein guter Ort, um die Emilia Romagna zu erkunden und sich zwischen den Ausflügen in der Natur zu erholen. Der Pool war ein willkommener Ort der Abkühlung an heißen italienischen Sommertagen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und richtig abzuschalten. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben! Andrea, der Gastgeber, war super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen konnten wir ihn immer problemlos erreichen.Auch die Umgebung hat einiges zu bieten: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, und in der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten.Alles in allem ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une belle maison familiale au milieu de la nature

La maison d'Andrea est une magnifique demeure en pierre restaurée avec goût et remplie d'objets anciens lui donnant un charme indéniable. Elle se trouve à flanc de montagne, en pleine nature, sur une belle propriété surplombée par une forêt.Il y a tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances dans cette belle région qu'est l'Emilie Romagne. Nous y avons fait de belles rencontres et des découvertes incroyables. Des belles villes comme Ravenne, Bologne ou Florence aux petits villages médiévaux perchés sur des collines ou aux cascades à découvrir au bout d'un sentier, tout y est prétexte à la découverte. On peut aussi profiter du calme de la maison et se rafraîchir dans sa piscine, se promener dans la forêt ou simplement s'adonner à la farniente... Bref que du bonheur et un grand merci à Andrea pour son accueil et sa gentillesse 😉

Erholsamer Urlaub in den Hügeln der Emilia Romagna

Ein altes renoviertes italienisches Steinhaus mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre in einem schönen Grundstück. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub genossen. Nochmals herzliche Grüße an Andrea und seiner Familie. Romantisch und Rustikal

Es war genau was wir gesucht haben: ein rustikales Steinhäuschen mit schönem Garten und sehr abseits gelegen (keinen Massentourismus). Sehr zu empfehlen für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende!

La casa si trova in collina facilmente raggiungibile da una piccola strada un po' in salita. La posizione la rende unica per la sua tranquillità e pace oltre che ad essere strategica per destinazioni come il Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi per un trekking o le spiagge della Riviera Romagnola. Magique!

On passe de divines vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis, tranquille et serein, où la fraîcheur reste a l'intérieur. On peut se baigner, faire un sauna ou lire dans un transat ou sur le hamac. Pour autant il faut absolument découvrir la région qui regorge de trésors les plus variés: Bologne, Ravenne, Cesenatico, Comacchio, lacs, rivières, plage, sans oublier les petits villages aux alentours ou un peu plus lointains (Bertinoro, Dozza, Bagno di Roma...) et bien sûr la gastronomie! Le propriétaire, Andrea, se fond dans ce décor idyllique, une vraie pépite. D'une gentillesse rare, accueillant, arrangeant, mettant tout en oeuvre pour vous aider à passer un bon séjour. Les avis m'avaient donné envie d'aller à Raggioletto, j'espère à mon tour susciter des envies, car franchement, ça vaut le coup!
