About this property

85 - Ático Aire Azul

Located in one of the most modern apartment complexes in Tarifa, this duplex penthouse offers benefits that will not leave anyone indifferent. Always with a very careful decoration and modern furniture, we will access the apartment through the first of its 3 terraces, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing enjoying the views and the landscape.



The ground floor is composed of the living room, in which, we will find a dresser, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a 40-inch flat TV. In the same room, we have the kitchen (American style) which borders the living room with a small bar table with two stools. It has everything you need to cook at home: oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher ...



Also at the bottom, we will find the first of the 2 bathrooms (small one with shower tray), a small room where you can store your luggage or anything else and the main bedroom that has a double bed, own terrace and private bathroom with bathtub: chest of drawers, mirrors, padded bedside tables, designer lamps, barefoot bench, wardrobe ...



The upstairs, in addition to the second bedroom (3 single beds), enjoys a large terrace that has one of the best views in Europe. From here we can see the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean, the proximity of the African continent and the beauty of the endless Tarifa beaches.



It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning only in the living room.



The urbanization has a large swimming pool (opened from 06/15 to 09/15), jacuzzi and gardens as well as underground parking.

Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Aussicht

Die Größe der Wohnung und das Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Zwei Terrassen zur Ost- und Westseite sowie die große Dachterrasse. Bei der Küchenausstattung mehr Messer beim Besteck.

Bastante bien

La casa está bien, es funcional y en una urbanización excelente. La localización es la que buscábamos. Si tengo que poner pegas: El baño pilla a desmano de la habitación grande, ya que hay que bajar las escaleras, y cuando hace viento es un apartamento un poco ruidoso (por los materiales), pero claro, estando en Tarifa esto es difícil de evitar. Pero es un apartamento más que aceptable.

Ubicación, vistas inmejorables Escaso en menaje, solo una sartén. Estado de conservación mejorable, persiana cuarto principal, cisterna baño principal, puerta aseo. Por todo lo demás excepcional.
