Here’s why it’s five out of five

This property exceeded our expectations. The pool, the garden and the facilities were ideal for our family stay. The weather was generally sunny but even on a dull day there was plenty to do for the family - total 7. Veronique and Yannick were a delight to deal with and there was plenty of space in the house if you ever needed quiet time. If you are a chess player or have a musical talent there’s a surprise in store. And this place is all “teched up” so it maybe an idea to video the instructions as they whizz you through all that’s available. Nearby there is wildlife, beaches and a little town that really welcomes the rare tourist (this place is not in the main tourist beat for France). Also make sure you visit Noirmoutier if you do book up - an intriguing island with one route in and out cut off at high tide. The property and location get a five out of five from us.

Séjour début avril 2024 en famille et entre amis ! Petits et grands ont beaucoup profité de la piscine exceptionnelle même en cas de mauvais temps ! La maison est belle, très bien équipée, fonctionnelle. Effet waouh garanti :-). Par beau temps les extérieurs sont aussi très agréables. Très bien située, à quelques minutes à peine du centre ville, des supermarchés, idéal pour aller visiter Noirmountiers par exemple. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et n'avions plus envie de partir !!! Coup de coeur pour les propriétaires adorables et leurs petites attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchées ! Nous recommandons à 100%

Wir waren mit dem luxuriösen Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist abgelegen und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum nächsten Strand braucht man ca. 20 Minuten per Auto.

Ein einmalig schönes Ferienhaus

Gerade weil das Wetter kühl und stürmisch war, haben wir die tolle Ausstattung des Ferienhauses sehr geschätzt. Besonders der Pool im Innenbereich ist für Kinder eine tolle Beschäftigung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, diskret,aber immer zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. Insgesamt: Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gîte magnifique avec grande piscine

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour et avons bien profité de cette maison spacieuse, très bien aménagée et surtout très propre. La décoration est bien pensée, chaque pièce est différente. Ici, rien n'est fait à l'économie (vaisselle, Electroménager...) Cette grande maison avec la piscine d’intérieur chauffée (conforme à la présentation sur le site) ont été bien apprécié. L'hygiène des salles de bain et toilette est assuré. Nous reviendrons.

Parfait!

Tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour. Il est possible de passer la journée entière dans la maison en farniente , mais l'environnement est aussi magnifique. Les amoureux de la nature seront conquis. Véronique et Yannick sont à votre écoute et ont le soucis du bien être de leurs hôtes.

La maison est très propre, agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, il est facile de s’y sentir chez soi! La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque pour préparer les repas. La maison est très bien située, à quelques minutes des commerces et de l’île de Noirmoutier, avec de belles plages!
