A large covered terrace with lounging furniture, a pergola for dining, and paving surrounding the pool and villa which provides all day sun bathing or shade.
Surrounded by grape vines, olive, fig, almond and avocado trees, located in the foothills of Mount Maroma (the largest mountain in Southern Spain), only a 5 minute drive to local amenities in Canillas, less than 1 hour from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from the beach, water park, El Ingenio shopping mall and the Baveria golf course. An ideal location for relaxing, horse riding, walking of all levels, and cycling.
A lovely peaceful and private location, comfortably furnished and close to nature.
In the village of Canillas there are local shops, bars, restaurants, a doctors, pharmacy, and a taxi rank.

Why they chose this property
We have been enjoying Casa Rosa now for 15 years and only started having guests a few years ago. The location is peaceful and quite idyllic, seeing the eagles soar on the thermals or the goats on the the hillside, real Spain at is best. Being only 30 minutes from the coast means happy beach days returning to sit by the pool and relax. Hopefully you will enjoy Casa Rosa as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
It's not very often you get a view of a whole village across the valley, at Casa Rosa you do making a great backdrop for memorable photos.
