'Lakeside Haven' Fantastic South Facing Pool, Spa and Stunning Lakeside Views.
Our homely and beautiful fully air conditioned private villa with fabulous lakeside views is located on a fantastic large plot in the beautiful and peaceful community of Windward Cay ’the hidden jewel of Kissimmee’ situated less than 1 mile from the 192 with all the shops and restaurants you could wish for. With the excitement and thrill of the Disney Parks just seven miles away, Sea World only ten miles and Universal only thirteen miles the location could not be better. Free hi-speed internet and tv package. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and is not able to be heated separately from the pool. For security reasons we have external video cameras over the driveway, front door and both sides of the house including the pool equipment but not over the pool area.

We are a family from Derby in the UK who have been visiting Florida for about 20 years. We love everything about it which is why we bought our villa seven years ago. We are very happy to share our knowledge about the area - be it great places to eat, directions, and tips to get the most out of your holiday.
Why they chose this property
We love our villa because although it is close to the theme parks and restaurants, Windward Cay is very quiet and there are no through roads. Our pool is south facing and we have a lovely lake view with nature right on our doorstep. There are many species of birds, turtles in the lake, raccoons, armadillos, and even the occasional deer. One of our guests watched a turtle lay its eggs right by our pool screen!
