Villa Soffio is a cozy and spacious country house with pool near Fermo, in the southern part of the Marche region. From the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city of Fermo and of the surrounding countryside, in a very quiet and private location among green hills and cultivated fields.
This villa is located just 20 minutes from the beaches of very fine sand of Porto San Giorgio, where you can walk among chalets, pine groves and palm trees, cycle along the cycle path and go sailing, windsurfing, SUP and kite surfing. A little further south there are also the famous beaches of San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare.
In the surrounding area you can visit suggestive cities and historic towns such as Fermo, Monterubbiano, Moresco, Ripatransone, Offida and Ascoli Piceno, until you reach Amandola, Sarnano and Fiastra in the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, and discover ancient traditions during charming medieval festivals and historical reenactments. For shopping lovers there are many Footwear Factory Outlets: Prada, Tod's, Hogan, Nero Giardini, Paciotti.
The villa is deep in the greenery, surrounded by a large garden with equipped outdoor areas to comfortably relax in the open air. The pool with panoramic views of the hills has an area suitable for children and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. In the pool area there is also an outdoor shower and two changing rooms with bathrooms and showers. A large porch and an adjacent patio are equipped with armchairs, tables and benches, ideal for outdoor dining. At guests' disposal there is also a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. Your children can play freely outdoors: swings, slide, table football, trampoline and a bocce court. You can also enjoy a restoring walk along the trails that cross the woods and the countryside.
The property has a private parking area with a charging station for electric or hybrid cars.
The villa is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is:
- a spacious living and dining room with sofa and TV;
- a kitchen with professional equipment with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, meat slicer, coffee maker;
- a guest bathroom.
The internal staircase leads to the first floor, which houses the sleeping area composed of:
– 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower;
– 2 double bedrooms with a loft with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower;
– 1 quadruple bedroom composed of a double bedroom with access to a bedroom with 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning, satellite TV and insect screens on windows.
At guests’ disposal there is an outside laundry room with washing machine.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change on request; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 250,00; air conditioning € 100,00 per week; small pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; tourist tax € 0,50 per person per night for a maximum of 14 nights (children under 3 years exempted, disabled exempted); cost for charging electric vehicles via the charging station (on consumption with prices in effect at the time of the stay); heating € 300,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
