A beautiful detached period property in the village of Beadlam near Helmsley and can sleep 8 people in four bedrooms.
Auburn House is a beautiful detached period property in the village of Beadlam near Helmsley. The cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms which are made up of three doubles and one twin, one with en-suite as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room and a utility. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio space and furniture. Auburn house is set in a stunning location and would make a great holiday any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove and gas fire. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview. Wifi, Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
