Welcome to our beautiful cottage in the picturesque village of Ampleforth, on the edge of the North York Moors and just a short drive from York. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this spacious retreat offers stylish accommodation for up to seven guests, making it the perfect choice for families, friends, or special celebrations.

The cottage features three beautifully presented bedrooms, generous living spaces for spending quality time together, and some of the finest private countryside views in North Yorkshire. Our neighbouring cottage has been a popular holiday home for over 15 years and has earned an outstanding 9.5/10 rating from previous guests.

As a self-catering property, the cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern, high-specification kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all the essential cookware and utensils. The inviting living area provides the perfect place to unwind, complete with a TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Two single beds

There is also an additional sleeping area with a double sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to seven guests if required.

There are two bathrooms:

Ground floor: Walk-in power shower, toilet, and wash basin.
First floor: Bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet, and wash basin.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

- Check-out: By 10:00 am
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Free private parking is available on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted.
