BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:
"La Casa dei due Pini" was once a church and a school, built around a trullo. Surrounded by greenery and a beautiful view of hills, farms, silvery olive groves, vineyards. It is a country house, 1.8 km from Alberobello, with a private swimming pool, consisting of a large porch of approximately 100 square meters, 2 inputs, 1 kitchen, large living room and dining room, TV and reading room. Convenient master bathroom. 3 to 6 comfortable bedrooms, of which 2 with bathroom, all with windows with mosquito nets. Satellite TV system, Wifi H24, Air Conditioning, Heating, Tiled stove wood, solar panels for water heating system. For those who love walking or cycling, it is possible to rent them. The place looks ideal for hiking, jogging from country lanes to discover districts, each beautiful in its own way. The "House of the two pines", offers endless corners to enjoy the embrace of the Apulian sun. Inside, awaits you every comfort in an atmosphere of old times.

A brief description of the house:
'La Casa dei Due Pini', as stated in the site, is about 180 square meters and consists of 11 rooms:
* Room 1): Living room with table and chairs for 10/14 people, it is accessible from the outside through a door (main entrance);
* Room 2): Bedroom Gelsomino (Jasmine) made in trulli, but no doors with double curtains, has a double bed. Possibility of adding a single bed. If the room does not accommodate beds, the room is transformed into a reading / living / game;
* Room 3): Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, the room is between the living room and the kitchen, (it has a sofa bed with extra-large sizes. Open does not prevent the passage to other rooms)
* Room 4): bedroom Room Lavanda (Lavander) in the loft is above the living room, accessible from the living room with a wooden staircase (with a double bed);
* Room 5): Kitchen, with table and chairs, accessible from the living room or from the porch through an outside door.

A deposit of +/- 10% is required - with a min. of +/- €. 200.00, which will be returned at the exit or within max. 10 days working from the end of the holiday.
The entire property and the private pool, are for the exclusive use of guests (not shared with third parties and / or owners).
