House near Sea, Cea Bay, Ogliastra

In the enchanting natural scenery of Cea bay in Ogliastra, we rent a 70 sqm apartment 50 meters from the beach. The apartment consists of a large living room / kitchen with all basic utensils, facing the veranda, two large bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people, one bathroom and a private parking. The apartment has been recently refurbished. The area is very quiet and in very low urban intensity, ideal for a family or small groups who do not want to drive by car on the beach.
Cea beach is considered the most beautiful in the area. Near the house the deep of the sea is low and makes it suitable also for families with children.
Tortolì is only 8 km away and offers all services (restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, etc.), while 10 km you will find other beautiful beaches (Orri, Foxi Lioni, Torre di Bari, Golfetto etc ...).
From here you can organize boat excursions for some of Ogliastra's majestic natural wonders, hidden beaches and sea caves: Cala Sisine, Cala Goloritzè, Cala Luna, sea caves as "Grotte Bue Marino" etc...
The minimum stay, in month of July, is two weeks.

Non volevamo venire via..!

L'appartamento è come descritto, a un passo dal mare. Il proprietario, Luca, ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo ed è stato disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno per qualsiasi esigenza. Non potevamo desiderare di più! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Für uns das Paradies

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Luca‘s Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Lage war perfekt, 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Meer mit wunderschönem Sandstrand, und vom Balkon hatten wir einen Blick aufs Meer. Da der Balkon gegen Norden ausgerichtet ist, war es trotz Hitze sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Luca war sehr sympathisch und immer erreichbar, und er hat bei Problemen oder Fragen sofort reagiert. Luca‘s Eltern waren ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich - wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einen Ventilator haben wir von zu Hause mitgenommen, da es keine Klimaanlage hat, es gab jedoch bereits einen vor Ort. Die Ausstattung war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es hatte genug Geschirr und Besteck, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Besonders toll war, dass es an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter gab. Auf dem Weg zum Meer gab es zwei sehr praktische Aussenduschen sowie Wäscheleinen, wo wir die Strandtücher aufhängen konnten. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde, und wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
