283 Sweet Shop Lane is the perfect place to return to after exploring all that Suncadia has to offer. This home is located in the Prospector Reach neighborhood in Suncadia’s Resort Core and within walking distance of restaurants at the Lodge and Inn, the Swim & Fitness Center, Glade Springs Spa and more.

This is the perfect base camp to relax or entertain in during your stay in the mountains. You will find everything that you need in this mountain home. It has an open concept great room, dining area and kitchen with stone fireplace, wood floors and extra-large windows to invite the outdoors in.

The dining table will seat six with additional seating at the long kitchen bar that seats five more. This home has a wonderful kitchen that is stocked to make cooking a large or small meal equally convenient.

Outside you will find a large covered outdoor living space that features a seating area, gas BBQ, fire pit and private hot tub. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good meal, roast marshmallows, and star gaze.

Bedding: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds
Master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king size bed and attached bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower. A sliding door gives access to a back patio.
The second bedroom located on the second floor offers a king size bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
The 3rd bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower combination.
There is additional sleeping available in the second-floor loft area featuring two twin beds.

Poor Check-In Process

Property was not ready by checking, had to give cleaning staff an additional 1 hour, we drove a few hours and planned to be on time for check in. Cleaning crew was done and Vrbo still haven't sent check-in information, had to get on call for an 1 with Vrbo then got connected to resort, and was able to get check-in info. It didn't seem like they wanted to make our stay better or how have an idea to how they can make things right, only fix the problem, but not it caused us wasted time and energy. would not recommend
