This is our second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as the first time. The neighborhood is so green and very quiet. The casita is very private and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Cute little place. Very close to the airport, zoo, botanical garden, and hiking trails. The host was available if we needed anything and they had basic hygiene items if your airline loses your bag. TV was a great size. Very cozy!

If you want a quiet, private, clean place to stay don't look any further.I was extremely happy with Ryan and his care and concern for my stay.This property is in a very nice neighborhood with access to everything you could use for your stay. I hope to return to this location for my next stay.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor space, very private. Host Ryan was very responsive. AC works good, the the casita was very comfortable absolutely love it. Felt like a home!

If you're looking for a place in Mesa or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend this casita. Quiet street, private yard, cool A/C - perfect size for 1-2 people. Ryan has been a great host and very communicative and friendly. We stayed here all summer and were very comfortable.

Casita Stay!

Great property and perfect location for my trip. Communication was superb and property instructions were very simple. The Casita is perfect for one or two people, super quiet neighborhood, felt very safe the whole time.

We enjoyed our stay in the Mesa Casita located in the charming Evergreen Historical District. The casita was comfortable and supplies well stocked. It was centrally located for the activities we wanted to enjoy.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was really clean, comfy cozy had a slick little outdoor patio area for sitting in the afternoons and evenings. The property manager was awesome. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Great lil Casita

The Casita was perfect for us. The shaded yard, the fresh fallen Pecans from the tree were a treat. Great neighborhood. Beautiful wild parakeet singing. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Our stay here was for 6 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. The casita is beautifully decorated and updated. It is a perfect setup with all the necessities to live comfortably. Ryan is so easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
