Comfortable and homey décor. Everything you need to stay for a weekend, week or longer with fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. All linens and towels that you could need for any length stay. Television in living room and bedroom and also wifi. Even updated books and magazines for your reading enjoyment. Short boardwalk to beach and swimming pools. Gym, tennis court, basketball goals, volleyball, and playground for children. PARK PASS to all SC parks. Our rate includes the gate pass for one vehicle and there is no extra cleaning fee.

We've stay in the same condo at least 5 times. We love the ocean view, the front porch and a comfortable bed. We actually got to meet the owners and they are delightful! The condo has all the amenities that we need. We will be going again if we find a warm week in December.

We really enjoyed our stay at K106. The hosts were very prompt in answering any questions we had. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the living room. The park pass was a plus since we were so close to Hunting Island State Park. We made good use of it. We look for.forward to being able to come again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view and experience

Harbor Island is amazing with its tranquility and inclusiveness. Our rental did not disappoint with absolutely amazing waterfront views. We hope to make it a yearly family stay.

We live in Rincon, Georgia which is just north of Savannah. We purchased the property with the intention that it will be our retirement home someday. Presently we are employed part time and have other considerations which keep us in Rincon. But Harbor Island is close enough for us to visit on the weekends or even run over for just a day. Earl is a war veteran and former body building champion and I (Ann) am a national and world champion powerlifter who continues to do personal training.

Why they chose this property

When we visited this property we simply fell in love with the area. It was not the hustle and bustle of Hilton Head and we enjoy the quieter atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The ocean view from the back deck is just beautiful and it is so peaceful to just sit there and listen to the ocean waves break.
