The property sleeps five with three bedrooms, a single on the ground floor and a double and twin bedroom on the first floor. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large sitting room with wood burner, kitchen and separate dining area, perfect for family meals. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the spacious garden, with its apple trees and sheltered sun terrace for alfresco dining and there is ample parking. Withan Farm Wing is a superb retreat for those looking to enjoy the stunning scenery of the Helford River.

Just a short walk away is Frenchman’s Creek, immortalised by Daphne du Maurier. The Helford River Sailing Club is very popular and a regatta is held every August. In the summer a passenger ferry runs to Helford passage, the home of the Ferryboat Inn, and nearby to the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. The wildlife on the Helford River is diverse and a birdwatcher’s paradise.
