The property has two floors with reverse accommodation, all bedrooms are on the ground floor and the open plan living area is on the first floor making the most of the views. Outside the property has a balcony from the first floor and a sheltered patio with hot tub. Access to the property is by a number of steep steps, and a steep winding path. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this property is ideal for exploring.

Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
