Light, spacious and airy, this delightful home is close to Worthing town centre and the beach. Splashpoint leisure centre is a three minute walk away. The beach about a minute away.
You will love the spacious rooms, four televisions, sky subscription.
The house was fully renovated but care has been taken to maintain its period charm.
there is offstreet parking, a big plus in the Worthing central area. It is a pleasant stroll along the promenade to the town centre, about ten minutes.
Along the way there are restaurants and shops if you don't want to venture into town.
The garden is a private sun trap which you can enjoy all day.

Amenities were as expected, clean and comfortable. Able to have my Dad over for lunch, he is in a large electric wheelchair so this limits where we can stay. Small ramp needed for front door.

Lovely clean house in good location

We were staying as we were attending a family event nearby. The house was clean, great location for where we needed to be. But also great location for getting to the beach & the shops in a short walk. Check in was easy & host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Nice garden area, good shower & comfy beds 😊

Ideal for our 2 night stay

The house was large, kitchen well equipped and all beds were comfy. We were only there for 2 nights and literally just needed beds for the night and somewhere to sort breakfast so it was ideal

Wonderful property and amazing host!

Ian’s house is such a wonderful and charming property. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location can’t be beat…on a quiet residential street with plenty of parking on site yet convenient to stores, attractions and restaurants. Ian is an amazing and accommodating host! We will return for much longer next time!

Ideal house for our family. Very spacious and well equiped although a few moro teaspoons and perhaps some champagne flutes would make it even better.Good off-road parkingThe mattresses were on the soft side for me and the single bed linen needs replacing.Overall I would highly recommend this property.Excellent communication with host

Fantastic host with clear and fast response. The house was great for our family stay. Just park your car and leave it as the house is close to everything. One minute walk and you’re on the beach and 10 minutes to a Waitrose and the centre of town. The house has everything you need with extra touches like towel rails in the bedrooms which is a great idea when you have multiple people staying. I would recommend this house for a stay in Worthing and we will be going back.

Lovely big house, excellent location, so close to beach, bars, restaurants, town centre. Great communication and very helpful owner. Reasonable rates. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for all your help and a lovely stay.

Lovely place to stay

Stayed for 5 weeks and enjoyed the house. Very large with all of the things you need. Local to the sea and walking distance to the town. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Would highly recommend.
